The traditional villa is located in one of the most attractive residential areas of Vienna near Schönbrunn Palace. Guests who spend several days or weeks in the city especially appreciate the high living comfort.

The large salon with Viennese flair invites families, friends or business travelers to relax, enjoy and work. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a garden offer quality living.

Public transportation is available. A smaller car can be accommodated at the property.

Living space

The villa conveys Viennese lifestyle. The center of the house is the charming living room with a large dining table, couch and wing chair. The adjacent kitchen with a view of the garden is new and fully equipped.

Upstairs are three brightly furnished bedrooms (with desks), which can accommodate up to 8 people. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided by the hostess. Two bathrooms and three toilets are available in total. The house can be cleaned weekly (for a fee).

The friendly garden invites you to drink coffee and offers children the opportunity to play. For guests who stay longer, the garden service is included.

Supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy, subway (U4), bus (53 A) and streetcar (line 10) are within walking distance. From the subway station Ober Sankt Veit you can reach the city center in 15 minutes. In Vienna only short term parking with parking ticket is possible (max. 2 hours; 2,50€/hour). Nearest parking garage: P&R Hütteldorf (approx. 20€/week)

Great holiday home
Great area - easy to access public transport to the centre and lots of nearby restaurants. Klaudia was a fabulous host - sorted milk, bread etc for us before we arrived.

Superb
Eine sehr charmante und nette sowie hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Ein älteres Haus, sorgfältig auf die Höhe der Zeit gebracht und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts, die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch ist man mit den Öffis in 30 Min. in der Innenstadt. Einziges Manko ist, daß auf Grund der restriktiven Vorschriften nicht länger direkt am Haus geparkt werden kann. Wir haben die Woche in Wien genossen.

Best Hostess ever
The house is lovely and impeccably clean! Klaudia is the best and sweetest hostess ever! She did some grocery shopping for us before we arrived and also connected us with a wonderful bakery delivery service. Klaudia and her husband were there to greet us when we arrived and they are just such a warm and welcoming couple. You can’t go wrong with this place!

Very nice and cozy house located in a family friendly area of Wien.
The house was very clean, nice and cozy. Perfect for a family vacation. The location is great and very close to Schloss Schönbrunn and the Tiergarten (Zoo). Klaudia was very welcoming and helpful with information about the area. She made communication easy.

We have never been more satisfied with everything related to our stay in this beautiful home! From the host's Klaudia supportive and friendly welcome- even offering to go shopping prior to our arrival for us to have a supply of food in the house prior to our arrival -- to the warmth of this recently remodeled home! You can see how much attention and thought has gone into to every detail in every room od the home and the beuafiful back yard garden! The home is near public transportation that will quickly get you to anywhere in the city! Klaudia was always available to answer any question we had and provide advice realted to the city and our stay! The house was also so impeccably clean snd supplied with all you need! Fairy Tale HOME
Thanks to this house, our stay in Vienna became even more special. The welcome from its owners (Claudia and Guido), waiting for us there until almost midnight, the day our plane arrived from Madrid, with the fridge full of groceries so we could have something to eat at that time; ask us for the taxi to the airport in advance for the day of our return; and all their kind gestures, we will never forget them. The house is gorgeous. Inside it is even better than in the photos. Decorated with exquisite taste and with constant details, which invite you to feel better even than in your own home. It lacks absolutely nothing for comfort and everyday life. Fabulous cleanliness; perfect air conditioning; and location very close to metro, tram and bus stops; as well as local supermarkets. We had no problem in this regard. This house embraces you from the first minute you enter it, and you feel sorry for leaving it the day you have to depart. During the time we occupied it, we felt that it became more than just a house; really was a true "sweet Home".

Eine phantastische Unterkunft und eine wunderbare Gastgeberin
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem schönen und zentralem Wohngebiet. Das Haus ist ein Schmuckstück und ist mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet. Der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein und wir haben unser Frühstück auf der Terrasse sehr genossen. Der Garten und das Haus ist kindgerecht ausgelegt. Ein Wort zu unserer Gastgeberin. Frau Schäfer-Klais ist unglaublich sympathisch. Alles hat einfach gepasst. Sie hat unsere Brötchenlieferung organisiert und überhaupt hat sie sich um unsere Wünsche (Zusatzbett, Einrichtung etc.) rührend gekümmert. Der Kontakt zu ihr war ausgezeichnet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren sicherlich nicht das letzte mal dort. Von uns eine glatte 10! - mehr geht eigentlich nicht.

Rundum zufrieden
Wir haben in diesem Haus unseren jährlichen Familienurlaub mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern verbracht. Es gab viel Platz, oben drei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Die Betten können auf Wunsch variabel angeordnet werden, z.B. als Doppelbett, 2 Einzelbetten oder als Einzelzimmer.Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich der große Salon, die moderne, saubere und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, ein separates WC und ein zweites Badezimmer mit Dusche und Doppelwaschbecken. Im Keller gibt es noch ein weiteres Badezimmer sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner. Ein umzäunter Garten mit einer kleinen Rasenfläche und Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die Vermieterin hat ein absolutes Wohlfühl-Ambiente mit Liebe zum Detail geschaffen. Mit Bildern. Lampen, schönen Sitzmöbeln etc. Das WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Die Wohngegend ist absolut ruhig. Positiv war, dass das Auto in der Straße nur ein paar Schritte vom Haus kostenfrei geparkt werden konnte. Selten hatten wir so eine freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieterin Vielen Dank noch einmal an dieser Stelle! Wer möchte kann über sie den morgendlichen Brötchen-Service nutzen. Hat alles gut geklappt. Fazit: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Abschied ist uns schon ein bisschen schwer gefallen.Sehr zu empfehlen.
