This beautiful, more than 150 year old, restored villa is the ideal family accommodation. The location of the villa is perfect - it is in a small village - quiet, but also close to Istrian tourist hot spots, and only 5 km from the sea.

Villa Allure has a beautifully kept garden in which there is a wonderful private pool with comfortable sun loungers. In the garden there is also a dining area with a charcoal grill and a small playground where the children can have fun. The interior of the villa is a mix of historical, traditional and modern styles. The villa can accommodate 6 people ideally and consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a cozy living room with fireplace and rustic stairs that lead to the upper floor. The bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. One bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 more people. The second bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom, while the third bedroom has two single beds.

Ein wirklich toller Urlaub

Wir sind heute erst abgereist und ich muss wirklich sagen, die Fotos haben nicht zu viel versprochen. Die Hauseigentümer sind sehr nett und haben mit Liebe zum Detail an alles gedacht. Ich habe noch nie ein so gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus gemietet. Poolliegen wurden bereits aufgestellt und mit Auflagen versehen und 3 Sonnenschirme waren auch vorhanden. Die Betten waren bereits bezogen und auch ausreichende Hand und Duschtücher waren vorhanden. Wir waren mit 8 Personen im Haus und es hat zu keinem Zeitpunkt an Gläsern, Geschirr oder Besteck gefehlt. Es teilt sich sehr schön auf. Unten Küche und Wohnraum mit Esszimmer und einer Toilette und oben die Schlafräume mit 2 Badezimmern. Die Waschmaschine durfte benutzt werden und selbst der Pool wurde nach der ersten Woche gereinigt. Das Haus liegt im kleinen Örtchen Flengi und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Fußläufig ist ein Restaurant zu erreichen mit sehr gutem Essen. Fisch, Spanferkel oder Fleisch, es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Rovijn, Porec oder Vrsar sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns für diesen traumhaft schönen Urlaub.

Sehr geschmackvolles, sauberes Urlaubsdomizil. Edviga und Mladen haben uns am Anreisetag sehr herzlich empfangen. Würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Super Villa Exclusives Design mit Pool

Ein tolles Traumhaus und Grundstück in ruhiger Lage. Perfekt zum entspannen. Nette Vermieter. Sehr modern, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Schöner Pool mit teilweise überdachter Terrasse. Im garten ein gemauerter Grill. Wir haben uns mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Klare Empfehlung.

Traumhaft schöne Villa

Wir sind ganz begeistert und können diese Villa mit ihren hervorragenden Gastgebern nur empfehlen! Wir erhielten von den Gastgebern persönlich einen herzlichen Empfang.Die Verständigung (deutsch oder englisch) war perfekt. Unsere Gastgeberin war für uns jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar. Die Villa war sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer groß und die Betten bequem. Alles was wir brauchten war da. Der Garten war gepflegt und der Pool war toll. Zu jederzeit war darin eine Erfrischung möglich. Die Villa liegt in einer Sackgasse. Wir hatten es sehr ruhig. Die Nachbarschaft war freundlich und wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Der nächste Ort, Badestrände,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Wanderwege sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt.

Schöne Wohlfühlatmosphäre
