The apartment has a living space of 74m2 and is located in the basement of the holiday home. Due to the hillside location, it offers direct access to the spacious private garden and a beautiful south-facing sun terrace. Here are bench, sun loungers and parasol ready to relax. The apartment has a large bedroom with double bed and pine furniture for a healthy and restful sleep. The second bedroom has a single bed, so that a total of three people can stay. All guests have access to a bathroom with spa shower and bath and a separate toilet. Fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle, the spacious kitchen has a seating area. In the beautiful living room is a cozy couch in front of the LED satellite TV. Through the large glass front in front of the terrace a lot of light comes into the room and it opens up a magnificent view of the only 20 meters away lying lake and the mountains behind it.
The area around the holiday chalet offers privacy, closeness to nature and plenty of space to rest. After a nice day outdoors, the spa area with its panoramic sauna and infrared cabin in the neighboring house will ensure perfect relaxation (registration and payment required on-site). A day cafe and two restaurants in the village can be easily reached on foot.
