Cool, clean, and comfortable what you are looking for? This two bedroom, two bath townhome is minutes to Lake Coronado, walking trails, golf, pickle ball courts, play area, outdoor pool and more! Fully equipped kitchen and fresh, clean linens are provided! TVs in the living room and bedrooms along with a grill on the patio allow you to relax and enjoy! Laundry room is available in unit as well! This is an end unit, single story townhome with two parking spaces available directly in front! This property has two beds and a couch and comfortably accommodates4 adults. For your convenience, there are USB charging ports built in to the lamps in the bedrooms. Other amenities include Keurig coffee maker andtoaster oven/air fryer. Tv updated and new HVAC system installed March of 2023.
Multiple shopping and dining options just minutes away and centrally located for easy access to Hot Springs or Hot Springs Village!
The Village has 9 pristine golf courses, almost 30 miles of trails, 2 lakes with beaches and swimming areas and is a gated community. Everyone entering must be registered and receive a visitors pass at the guard gate!

*NOTE: This property is a non-smoking home and does not allow parties or events. There will be a $500 fine for any violation. There may also be a parking restriction. If you have more than two cars that will be at the property, please have that approved ahead of time.

Hot Springs Villiage condo near Coronado Tennis courts

The property was very nice and only two blocks from the Coronado Tennis Center. I was there for a tournament. Very handy. Neat, clean and quiet. Worked out very well.

Not clean

The house is cute, the couches comfortable, but the bathrooms, towels, and sheets were not clean. I spent our first day there cleaning the bathrooms and showers because there was hair in both. Then the towels and sheets all had hair in them, so I had to do laundry. I'm very disappointed. The listing said it was clean. That's why we booked it.

It kind of served its purpose

Unit seemed very clean. A/C didn’t work until evening before check-out … VERY frustrating. Switches to ceiling fan lights were barely reachable. Elevated dining table may be stylish but found it very uncomfortable. TV in master bedroom didn’t work. Next time I will choose someplace else to stay.

Labor Day get away

Very Nice property in Hot Spring Village. Walking distance to tennis courts and lake. Quiet area that we were wanting for a relaxing weekend.

Living simple with everything you need

The property was very clean. It had great appliances like toaster oven, smoothie machine, crock pot. Everything I needed and more than I expected. Quiet, friendly neighborhood walking distance to a great Italian restaurant and tennis courts plus the gym and a great masseuse. Short distance to gas station for ice cream and not far from west gate. I will be booking again.

First Annual Independence Day Reunion at the Villagee

This property is near our home in the Village. ( just a few houses away). We have a large family, and rented two townhomes to accommodate some of our family. This one was the best. They had everything needed and more. The kitchen was so well equipped that the night the family at this rental hosted dinner they had all they needed. I thought they might need to use my kitchen. No they prepared everything there, even grilled. It was great!! We will be looking to rent 4 of your places next year to accommodate the whole family. They loved it. It was perfect. All the little details, games, great linen, kitchen “things “ sitting areas outside. walking distance to many things: Coronado Center Library Italian Restaurant Lake Walking trail Much more The grandkids saw 4 deer walk through the neighborhood, a Turkey came strolling by behind the townhouse by the creek. At night there were so many fireflies the kids thought it was “weird sound proof fireworks” ( City Kids). They had a blast!!
