Pool heated and open April 25-November 1st. Outdoor glass fronted Sauna and Cedar shot tub open year round. *POOL HOUSE with 4th full bathroom and Queen bed available starting April 15th. Renovated by Atelier Tek Architects to create a frictionless transition from indoor to out. First and Second floor bedrooms have sliding glass doors that open either onto a private balcony or directly onto the new 1200 square-foot Ipe wood deck that extends directly to the in ground gunite water swimming pool. Custom made in Europe triple paned architectural windows and huge sliding glass doors onto deck from the dining area. Returning from the beach you will walk over a flagstone path to a new changing area and "outdoor shower company" IPE wood shower. Breeo fire pit area with adirondack chair. Six foot diameter sunken cedar, double walled, hot tub by Maine Cedar Tubs integrated into the deck next to the pergola with a shade mechanism that allows you to either be sitting in the sun or create a shaded space and complete protections from rain furnished with brand new Restoration Hardware super Belvedere Sofa and chairs. Just off the dining room onto the deck will be a brand new Coyote 50 inch grill, half propane, half wood or charcoal.
The house is comprised of a first floor with open plan living/dining room into a wonderfully easy to work in kitchen with all clad crockery, global knives and a zojirushi rice cooker for sushi nights. The dining room table is heavy solid oak and seats 8-10. The living room is anchored by a Roche bobois couch, an incredibly comfortable Ligne roset lounge and two restoration hardware vacationy arm chairs. The first floor has a king bedroom with a super supportive coconut, wool and latex mattress. This bedroom has a walk in closet and brand new double glass sliding doors going directly to the back deck. Just off this bedroom is a full newly renovated bathroom with floor to ceiling concrete tile and bathtub with shower.
On the lower level is a King bed in a room with two subterranean windows. The second lower level room has no windows, an attached full bathroom with shower, and a queen bed.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms. The first has a 100% natural firm king mattress made from latex, cotton, cashmere, wool, flax and pocketed springs. Off this room is a sundeck that overlooks the gardens, pool and half mature hardwood trees that engulf the property. The room has a solid black walnut room and board dresser and a reach in closet. The second room has medium firm king bed made from cotton, wool and latex, a walk in closet and a solid oak dresser from Room and Board and a private balcony overlooking the deck and side gardens. A full bathroom with floor to ceiling Carrera marble tiles, Duravit and modern polished nickel fixtures is shared by these two bedrooms.
The outdoor areas is anchored by a 20X40 foot heated gunite pool, teak chaise lounge chairs and aluminum and mesh chaise lounge chairs with umbrellas in the sunniest area . Swimming in the pool you are surrounded by a sea of green above. Oaks, pines, and the beautiful sky. The garden has a more nature-y wild feel than the typical green lawned Hamptons yard.
Other amenities include 4 bicycles, 3 kayaks, two sea and one two person inflatable and beach chairs and umbrellas.
