Beautiful and *newly renovated* lake front home with spectacular open water views, ample parking and great access to lake. A newly build dock and a place to tie your boat up to. Space to layout and swim! Bryant Denny Stadium is only 15 miles away or 20 mins! This cozy home includes 3 bedrooms (1 king bed & 2 queen beds), pullout couch (queen), 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer, wifi, Smart Tv, (tv has been added to master and one bedroom since taking photos) spacious kitchen and a large back porch overlooking the lake. The public boat landing is 5.5 miles away. The house is able to accommodate eight people

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, cooking basics, dishware, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels.

Pier 43 Marina is just down the road in case you're interested in renting a boat to get out on Lake Tuscaloosa.

Great place!

Perfect place to stay for an Alabama football game weekend or getaway. Has everything you need and was awesome to be on the lake. It’s just a short trip to Tuscaloosa. Thank you so much.

Great house on Lake Tuscaloosa!

This is a great house to stay on Lake Tuscaloosa. The house was clean, the owner friendly and we enjoyed our weekend in town for the Alabama homecoming weekend. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We loved our stay. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The home does need a few things though. It’s highly lacking in kitchen ware. The sleeper couch is old and needs replacing. Its walls are bright white and not decorated. The floors also need throw rugs. If the owners did that this place would be so lovely and cozy! I would love to decorate it! It needs a woman’s touch.

Quick stay

Nice small place away from everything. Just used the house for two nights to sleep and recharge then headed out for majority of the day for college move in. It was small and quiet location. No instructions on what to do with the bed sheets or what needed to be done prior to check out. Also when gone for the day the thermostat resets and came back to a very warm inside house which was uncomfortable for a few minutes after a long day at BAMA. Also it was a little bit of a further drive than I would like to make each day back to campus but if your there to say on the lake its not a bad option for a a few people. The hill to get to and from the dock is steep so beware if you do decide to use it for a lake stay. For our needs it was a great solution.

Lake house Retreat

This house was perfect for our stay to see our daughter for homecoming weekend at University of Alabama. The house is so clean and the view of the lake was spectacular. We loved having breakfast on the deck and Robert was wonderful to deal with. We will definitely be back !!

Awesome time in Tuscaloosa!

We had a great stay, the house is just as advertised and really clean. We locked ourselves out and when we contacted the owners they answered us immediately and had us in in seconds! This has to be one of the best houses we’ve stayed in so far in Tuscaloosa. The lake views and accessibility are awesome also. I can’t remember hearing another noise from any direction it was really peaceful! We will definitely be back again!!
