Most horrible experience ever
Ruin our anniversary because we could not enter the property on time and had to get a hotel room and the host would not return any phone calls, text,emails or voicemails. Took 24 hours before we could even get the pass code and never did receive the apartment number. We had to go door to door entering the pass code hoping no one would come to the door while entering our code to the wrong apartments. We where stranded with all our luggage and paying Lyft to haul us and our luggage all over Miami attempting to find a hotel. We spent more money on Lyft and Uber than we did on the trip to come down here from north Louisiana, We couldn’t even attend the event we came down here for because we couldn’t take a bath nor did we have a place to stay so we had five large pieces of luggage unfortunately a standard I’m sorry don’t help matters what so ever and it doesn’t pay the cost of all the additional money we had to spend. We travel often and never experienced such poor unprofessional treatment from any other agency. I will be posting very negative reviews every single day as I have from day one and putting it on Facebook as well as I have already began to do several days ago. Once again very unprofessional service.
