Great beach access

This property was as advertised and was a great spot for our stay. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had all we needed and it was great to have 2 bathrooms! The beach access was very convenient. We will definitely be returning.

We loved this condo. The view was beautiful it was decorated very cute! The only drawback was the bed is not comfortable, we are older and that’s important for us.

Totally enjoyed our two month stay. Although we weren’t able to stay in the unit that we originally booked, Ray was able to accommodate us with another unit. The unit was very nice and being able to sit in the balcony and enjoy the beach was amazing. Maria and Al in the office were very helpful and very nice.

Great condo in Ft. Walton

We were very pleased with our stay in this condo. It was as featured and the check in and check out process was super smooth. We were thankful the master bedroom mattress was very comfy! The deck/porch chairs were really comfortable as well. We hated to leave!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Just me and the hubby on this trip to the beach and this condo had everything that we were looking for—gulf facing, overlooking the beach, pool, comfortable beds/furniture, complimentary beach setup, convenient parking, quiet location away from busy beach “attractions,” in-unit washer/dryer, two bathrooms, clean throughout. The decor is beach kitsch, but that’s to be expected in a vacation rental. Communication with the rental office was great—provided everything we needed to know to enjoy our stay. There was an issue with the elevator the day we arrived, but it was back up and running when we returned from dinner. Okaloosa Island itself has white sugar sand and warm gulf water—the best beach combination, in my opinion. Don’t trespass onto the Air Force part of the beach or you will get a costly ticket. Glad we were forewarned by friends who made that mistake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay—hope to come back some day.

Perfect beach getaway

Great location and great communication with rental company! Close to Destin and less crowded. Unit came with beach chairs and umbrella rental which made it easy to just walk down and relax. Would definitely book again

Beach service included,washer/dryer in unit,2 full baths and comfortable king bed,this had it all.The kitchen was well stocked,things I would change or add,kitchen needs pot holders ,and the orange dishes are cute but worn out thank goodness there were other choices .The staff at PI were very friendly and helpful . It was a wonderful 13 days and hope to return in the future.

Great location and clean property

This property is located closer to the end of the beach which made it much less busy than other parts of the beach I've stayed on. We really enjoyed the free chair rental and shared beach toys. The only thing I would like to note is that the unit has no cleaning supplies or dish soap other than dishwashing powder, so if you plan to stay a long period of time you may want to bring that with you! It wasn't an issue for us, but I could see where it might be for some. We would stay here again!

Great location and facility!

We loved our stay! The ability to walk to and be at the beach in a few short steps was awesome! The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was great too that the owners included two beach chairs and umbrella with the reservation so all we had to do was get down to the beach early to reserve our spots for the day. It was a great visit!

Great stay

The condo was perfect for our family vacation! It had all of the kitchen utensils we ever needed! The bunk beds were ok for the kids(ages 8&9) however, the head space for them was a little tight and they hit their heads a few times and eventually resorted to the couch sofa. (which was amazing) The pool was fantastic and clean! We loved our time at this condo. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing Beach Getaway with all you need!

This was our first time vacationing in Fort Walton Beach. We usually stay in Pensacola but we booked the trip last minute so were limited on availability. Overall, we were very pleased with the location and the excellent service provided by the rental company, Sugar Sands Vacation Rentals. The property itself is older but appears to be well maintained. The grounds were spotless even with it being a very busy July 4th week. Our unit could use new flooring in the bedroom-carpet is just not very functional for the beach-it looked and felt dirty so I would not go barefoot in the bedroom. Better pillows would also be nice but the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and dark so we slept well. While we didn't cook much during our stay, the condo was well stocked with all the necessary equipment for those who would. However, the toaster does need to be replaced as the middle heating element was missing so only one side of the bread toasted at a time. It was wonderfully convenient having the chairs and umbrella waiting for us each day with very easy access to the beach. There are two elevators in the middle and user friendly sets of stairs on each end of the building. I would definitely rent our unit/this property again.
