The apartment house is located in a very nice residential area with nearby parks in the green belt of gold shore of Siofok. Beach, harbor and the center and grocery stores and restaurants are within easy walking distance. In the house there are several apartments. It has a lovely garden with a grill, sandpit, slide and swing for children, as well as sun loungers, sun lounger and dart board. It is ideal for couples and small families who want to make a self catering holiday. The apartment is air-conditioned and has a bedroom with queen bed, LCD TV and sofa for 1 child, bathroom/WC, fully equipped kitchen, balcony with garden furniture.
