The bungalow is located 500 meters above Lake Garda, with beautiful views of the lake and Monte Baldo. It offers everything for a relaxing holiday in the vast landscape of the Natural Park "Alto Garda", with the healthy climate of a climatic health resort and with down-to-earth creative food.    

The open and bright living, dining and cooking room with cozy fireplace is oriented to the south to the lake. In front are two terraces, one of which is covered. Two small bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed and a shower room complete the living space of more than 60 m². The house is nicely furnished and has a complete kitchen equipment with induction cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a TV and radio / CD player, W-Lan for a fee. It is used at times by the owners themselves.

The picturesque garden was designed by the owner, a landscape architect, himself. It dominates the typical vegetation of the Lake Garda area with numerous olive trees and a subplantation of lavender and iris. This frame planting is complemented by cherry tree, almond tree, cypress, hemp palm, rosemary, boxwood, rose and many other plants. 

The house is embedded in the holiday village of Villagio di Sunclass Tignale with well-turfed bungalows on the terrain terraces of a former fruit-growing area. Among other things, there is an administrative office with a reception and a supervised swimming pool (distance from the house about 900 m). In the surrounding nature park there are very good hiking and mountain biking possibilities. After Gardola, the capital of the municipality Tignale with all shops and good restaurants, it is about 1.5 km. Lake Garda with its extensive swimming and water sports facilities is about 8 km from the house. Next settlements on the lakeshore are the picturesque old towns of Gargnano and Limone.
