About this property

Bright Beautiful Townhouse, Walk To Beach & Ferry!

I purchased this townhouse this past summer as a second home. It offers 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a bonus standalone suite with a full bath, a spacious living room, dining room, an expansive kitchen, patio & yard. A very short walk to the Seastreak ferry to NYC & the beach! Close to Sandy Hook and many restaurants. Please let me know if you would like to know anything about the home or the community!

Phenomenal location, wonderful host

Loved staying in this spacious, beautifully decorated home! Perfect location, literally steps to a very friendly downtown area and steps to the ferry into NYC. Host is generous, responsive, and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here!
