This townhouse has 3 TVs streaming (55" TV in master bedroom), is renovated with designer touches, has a fireplace, dining room, front porch, 2 patios both with additional outdoor dining, BBQ, hammock, equipped kitchen and indoor full sized laundry.
The third bedroom has a daybed w trundle/2 twin beds with a supply of games/puzzles/books.
Front patio beach closet has backpack sand chairs, folding camp chairs, surf/boogie boards, sand toys, beach games and umbrellas.
The community has a pool, jacuzzi and adult jacuzzi.
This is a single level home with only 6 steps to up to the front patio.
A baby bassinet, stroller, pack and play portable crib are on site.
Pets possible.
This is a 30+ day rental. A starter kit of household consumables is given.
Guests have access to the whole townhouse.

Perfect condo for a perfect vacation

My son and I had a wondeful time getting out of the AZ heat and into this fantastic property. It had everything we needed and more including lightning fast internet. Faith is extremely communicative and a joy to rent from. The location is perfect. We can't wait to get back

I am a Dana descendent. My relative, Richard H Dana said this area is "the most romantic" on the CA coast. The town of Dana Point is named after my relative who wrote the book Two Years Before the Mast in the 1800s. A copy of the book is at the beach home.

What a dream to find a beach home directly across the street from the Ocean! This home has partial views of the ocean and sunsets. Plenty of room with open concept living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms/Office and 3 patios w BBQ and outdoor dining options, fireplace.
