Ca Na Serrieta is a beautiful townhouse in the historic centre of Alcudia, close to the historic city walls. The completely renovated house with beautiful accents and a tasteful style awaits you in the old town of Alcudia, just a few kilometres from the coast. A charming village on the island of Mallorca.

This traditional Mallorcan house has a spacious terrace on the upper level with four sun loungers, a "cocktail corner" and a shower where you can refresh yourself after sunbathing and enjoy an aperitif. Another terrace on the ground floor is equipped with a dining table and barbecue where you can enjoy an exquisite barbecue. There is a recreation room where you can play board games or foosball. The house has a little garage parking space where you can park your car comfortably and safely.

The ground floor has a large living room with indirect lighting and walls of Mares stone, where you can relax after a pleasant walk along the city walls and the historic streets of this Mallorcan village.

In an open area without doors, there is a cosy dining room with a carefully decorated area where you can enjoy a culinary meal with family or friends. In the following spacious kitchen area you can prepare the local products that are offered on Tuesdays and Sundays at the market of Alcudia. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher.

Ca Na Serrieta can accommodate four people, divided into two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a large double bed where you can enjoy a restful night's sleep. This townhouse has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a bathtub and another bathroom with a walk-in shower on the first floor next to the bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

The weekly market, the historic city walls and the ruins of the ancient city of Pollentia are the cultural highlights of Alcudia. There are many tourist attractions in the immediate vicinity, such as Alcudia Beach, just 3 km away, and the harbour with its exclusive yachts.

Wonderful stay in great accommodation
Ideal for a long weekend away, quiet location but also still within walking distance of all amenities in the old town and close to the bus stop for getting to the port. The owner kindly allowed us to check out late. Thanks for a lovely stay, we will be back soon! An umbrella on the dining table outside would be useful if it was really hot as the area offers little shade unlike the roof terrace.

Süßes, geräumiges Haus in toller Lage
Alcudia ist wirklich toll. Besonders die Lage der Hauses ist sehr idyllisch. Wir waren mit 2 kleinen Kindern dort und das hat super geklappt. Die Straßen sind allerdings sehr eng. Wir hatten einen Kia Sportage und kamen dort kaum um die Ecken. Die Garage ist zum Parken vollkommen ungeeignet ausser man mietet vielleicht einen Fiat 500. Das sollte man in dem Inserat vielleicht erwähnen. Man hat aber einen guten und kostenfreien Parkplatz in 3 Minuten Fußentfernung. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht obwohl man bei einer Belegung von 4 Personen auch mehr als 4 kleine und 4 große Teller gebrauchen kann. Toll war aber die Spülmaschine, sodass diese 1 mal am Tag lief. Für unseren Geschmack hätten ein paar weniger fremde Haare im Haus verteilt sein können, aber sonst war es ganz ordentlich. Im Sommer hätten wir die Dachterasse mehr nutzen können aber das Haus hat alles was man braucht um sich schöne Tage machen zu können. Preis Leistung war für uns gut.

Hübsche Unterkunft in idealer Lage
Eine sehr hübsche Unterkunft in der historischen Altstadt bot uns in teils widrigem Januarwetter ein gemütliches Zuhause. Die Gastgeber trafen wir gleich zu Beginn, da sie uns halfen, die Klima/Heizungsanlage in Betrieb zu nehmen. Die Begegnung war angenehm und herzlich, auch später waren sie stets erreichbar. Auch das Team von ideal property war jederzeit für uns da, so konnten wir die Check in/Out Zeiten geringfügig unseren Bedürfnissen anpassen. Das Haus ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge und Einkäufe in der Stadt oder auch Erkundungen zu Fuß in die Umgebung (Berge,Strand). Gerne wieder!

Tolles Stadthaus
Tolles Stadthaus in dem es an nichts fehlt. Sehr sauber. Die ersten Restaurants sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Hier würden wir ein weiteres Mal Urlaub machen! Zu erwähnen ist aber, dass es unmöglich ist in die Garage mit einem PKW zu fahren, da das Tor und die Straße viel zu eng sind. Eigent sich also nur für Fahrräder, Motorräder etc.

Schöne Wohnung, trotz Innensatdt ruhig gelegen
Die Wohnung war für uns zuerst schwer zu finden der Check-In war dank Schlüsselbox aber sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Es gibt eine Garage, was wirklich eine sehr große Bereicherung wäre - leider ist diese aber an einer engen Stelle der Straße. Autos größer als Kleinwägen können hier nicht parken. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern auf der Webseite. Leider sind einige Einrichtungsgegenstände etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wie zum Beispiel der Tischkicker den wir nicht nutzen konnten. Die Wohnung ist trotz der Innenstadtlage sehr ruhig gelegen. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Wir hatten zu wenig Handtücher, hier wurde uns schnell weitergeholfen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist sehr unkompliziert und sie waren immer schnell erreichbar.

Typisch mallorquinisches Stadthaus in Alcudia
Die Unterkunft liegt in der Altstadt von Alcudia, unmittelbar in der Nähe zu allen Cafés und Restaurants und ist dennoch ruhig gelegen. Fußläufig sind diese in 1 bis 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist schön hergerichtet und entspricht absolut den Bildern. Die Gastgeber sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!! nichts

Schönes Haus, tolle Lage
Der Aufenthalt war ein voller Erfolg. Die Größe, die Zimmer, einfach super. Sehr modern und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Allerdings wäre es nett, etwas mehr Klopapier zu hinterlassen und Salz und Pfeffer wäre auch noch schön gewesen. Die Terrassenstühle sind auch schon etwas dem Rost verfallen und könnten ausgetauscht werden. Alles im Allen aber ein tolles Haus in einer wunderschönen Lage. Die Mücken haben uns zwar aufgefressen, aber dennoch haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. Da wir den Gin zurücklassen mussten, hoffen wir ihn nächstes Jahr wiederzusehen. :-)

Ein ganz toller Urlaub in diesem süßen Häusen
Es ist ist ein sehr sauberes Haus, gemütlich eingerichtet, ausgestattet mit allem, was man im Alltag braucht in einer super Lage. Wir waren Anfang Juni dort und es war immer schön ruhig. Man erreicht die Geschäfte und den Markt zu Fuß. Bei Ankunft hat uns ein sehr netter und kompetenter Mann empfangen und uns gute Tipps gegeben.

Our stay in Alcudia
This house is in a perfect location in the old walled town of Alcudia. The house is clean and very well kept, the outside terraces are perfect to catch the sun at different times of the day. The shops and lovely restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance. The beds were super comfortable! The staff at the IPM office were always very helpful. We have a fantastic stay here and would definitely love to come back!

Gemütliches Haus mit Mallorca Flair
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, Geschirr zu Genüge und in top Zustand, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Fön - alles da, was man braucht. Was uns sehr gefallen hat war die Art des Hauses, ein schönes Altstadthaus, modern eingerichtet, aber dennoch mit alten Elementen versehen, wie den Steinwänden. Der Check-In lief problemlos, die Mitarbeiter der Agentur waren sehr zuvorkommend. Klare Mietempfehlung, besonders zu Zeiten außerhalb der Hochsaison.
