The holiday house "Maria" in Lozice on the island of Vir in a very quiet location and near the beach (30 m) is one of 2 holiday homes for sole use on the same property. Overall, the house over 75 square meters and is suitable for 6 people.
In the holiday house "Maria" there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and laminate flooring, one of which has its own shower, an open living room with dining area and fitted kitchen, another bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine and a covered terrace. The fitted kitchen is equipped with 2 / gas / Electric stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, Kaffeaparat, kettle and a cold water dispenser.
Very pleasant are the free air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite LCD TV with German channels. For children there is a playground with slide, swing and trampoline and the adults can try on the bocce ball. Furthermore there is an organic vegetable garden available.
The fine pebble beach is only a few steps and this is only visited by our guests because the beach man only passes through the property, however, the private road is closed and only for our guests to use.
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed.
