24 Muirfield is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa with golf course views of the Harbour Town Golf Links 2nd Fairway! Located in the heart of Sea Pines, this end unit villa sleeps 8 and is within a 5-minute walk to the Harbour Town Lighthouse, 2-minute walk to the Shops at Sea Pines and a 10-minute bike ride to the beach.

The first level of this villa features 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, and the main entertainment area. The first bedroom is located to the right of the main entrance with a king-sized bed, smart TV and newly remodeled ensuite. The ensuite features an expansive vanity with a tiled walk-in shower and linen closet for added storage. Just down the hall and to the left, bedroom 2 features a new king-sized bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This bathroom also connects to the hallway for added convenience.

Before entering the kitchen, the laundry room is located to the right with a stacked washer and dryer. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker. The open floor plan makes this villa perfect for entertaining with a seating area located just off the kitchen for morning coffee. The dining room offers seating for 10 and offers stunning views of the golf course. The living room features comfortable seating for all with a large smart TV, sky lights for added natural light and access to the deck. Through the sliding glass doors, the deck is perfect for outdoor entertaining with a dining table for 6. Down the steps, grill out on the propane grill or invite guests to sit in the Adirondack chairs and watch golfers on the 2nd fairway of the famous Harbour Town Golf Links course!

Heading back inside and up the beautifully stained hardwood stairs a landing area overlooks the living room for an elegant open-air feel. Bedroom 3 features 2 twin-sized beds, ample storage, and a view of the downstairs living room that is easily closed off for added privacy. Bedroom 4 is incredibly spacious with a queen-sized bed, smart TV, desk and reading nook. This is the perfect room for working remotely while taking in everything that Hilton Head has to offer. Across the hall, the third bathroom features a tiled-walk in shower and is spacious enough for both upstairs bedrooms to share.

24 Muirfield is truly the perfect location for family gatherings and golf enthusiasts! You can't beat the golf course views from the 2nd fairway of the Harbour Town Golf Links course or the additional amenities available like Pickleball and tennis. Plus, the PGA RBC Heritage tournament is played on this course in April! Guests will have access to the Harbour Town pool with a provided pass. Guests can also park in 2 reserved spaces directly in front of the villa.

*RBC HERITAGE 2025 - 7-night minimum stay required for RBC Heritage April 14-20, 2025. Check-in is Monday, April 14th and Check-out is Monday, April 21st. If you would like to stay Sunday - Sunday instead, please contact our office to assist with the booking process.
