This lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments with showers is right in the center of Playa de Mogan. Seaview from the terrace. There is a dining area on the terrace and a lounge area with sun and shade.
the apartment is completely new and newly renovated. It has really all you need. The kitchen is modern including dishwasher, washing machine and of course all the essentials you need There are 2 separate bathrooms. Air conditioning and wifi are available. Free parking in the building.

Preis-Leistung Verhältnis passt nicht

Leider war das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis nicht in Ordnung. Die Wohnung war augenscheinlich schon länger nicht bewohnt. Den Wasserkocher gab es nicht. Ameisenbefall !! So richtig sauber war die Wohnung auch nicht. Kaffeemaschine war leider auch nicht vorhanden, die eigentlich mit drin sein müsste. Schimmelbefall in der Dusche. Eigentlich eine sehr schöne Wohnung, wenn Sie gepflegt würde.... Schade

Great villa and location

Very well presented property, just over 5 / 10 minutes stroll to the beach and harbour respectively. Villa is well kitted out for self catering and easy access to one of the main supermarkets. Great view of the sea from the balcony

Lovely Apartment in Puerto Mogan

This apartment is exactly as described in the listing and the photos don’t really do it justice, it’s so nice. It’s situated in the heart of Puerto de Mogan and only a few minutes walk from the beach and marina and so many bars and restaurants to choose from. Market day on a Friday is not to be missed. The bus station is a 2 minute walk away with excellent services along the coast, Las Palmas and airport. A car is not required unless you want to explore inland. A Spar supermarket is also 2 minutes away. Mariska, the host is superb and always available. We didn’t need to contact her with any issues in the apartment but we did when we had a medical issue and her help was invaluable. Wonderful apartment in a beautiful location. Highly recommended.

Absolutely perfect

We were extremely well looked after by our hosts, from start to finish. The apartment was perfectly situated, just a short walk from the shops, restaurants, beach and harbour. The accommodation was exactly as advertised: well - equipped, with everything in good repair. The beds were comfortable (always important), and the building itself, well-maintained and very clean. We made good use of the balcony and the roof terrace, both of which have a sunny aspect from Dawn to dusk. We would definitely recommend the apartment and hope to make a return visit next year (or maybe this year).
