In the 60 sqm modern furnished apartment you will not miss anything. It is located on the ground floor of our detached house, is tiled throughout and offers a separate, stepless entrance. A parking space is right next to the front door.

Location and surroundings

With his approx. 500 inhabitants Delliehausen is a district of Uslar, a historic half-timbered town, which is considered a state-recognized resort and known as the "holiday region Uslarer country".

The Solling is with its original dense forests and lush meadow valleys as a popular hiking area and was awarded in 2013 as forest area of the year.

Nestled between the mountains of the Harz and the beautiful landscape of the Weserbergland, Delliehausen is an ideal starting point for numerous attractions and sports activities such as hiking, cycling (the popular Weser cycle path is only about 20 km away) or mountain biking. Canoe trips and boat trips on the Weser are guaranteed to be boring.

Delliehausen also offers a mountain lake with a small sandy beach, a Wassertretanlage and a barefoot path.
