Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, 2nd floor apt in the historic area of downtown Bristol, RI. Walking distance to Independence Park, docks, Prudence Island ferry, east bay bike/walking path, small neighborhood beach, restaurants & shopping. A quick drive to Newport, RI or Providence ( 20 minutes). Enjoy the gorgeous back yard gardens to grill a meal or to just relax in. 10 min bike ride to Bristol town beach and Cove Park. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee included. Must walk up 1 flight of stairs to access. The whole apartment is yours with a separate locked door to enter just your apartment. Shared building entrance to common stairwell with all 3 apartments. Free parking/no permit required on street and in our driveways on a first come/first serve basis. Free use of our bikes.

My husband Chris and I live in the first floor apartment of the building. We rent out the 2nd and 3rd floors. We are both from New England but have only been living in RI for a year and we love it!
