Just steps away from the sand on either side of the property. Walk to the right out of the house and arrive at the beach with the waves of the ocean breaking. Walk to the left out of the property and arrive at the beach with the tranquil waters of the bay.
Walking distance to everything Mission Beach has to offer: Belmont park, abundance of restaurants, bars, etc.
Drink your morning coffee or enjoy sunset on private roof deck.
Incredible view of weekly weekend fireworks shows from roof deck!
