Guests have full access to the property and Garage, there is currently one parking spot available in the garage. You will also have full access to park in the driveway.

Located in La Quinta. Close to Old Town with tons of food and shopping.

Pool heating fees will apply. We will take a deposit for the gas bill prior to your stay if you would like the pool heated.

Minimum stay is 31 days.

You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool and Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area. Because the pool is an outdoor pool, no credits will be given if it becomes dirty. However, we can send our pool tech over for an additional clean if necessary.
