The apartment (50 sqm) is located in the 1st. OG. a detached two-family house on a 2000 sqm large fenced plot.
The spacious living room and the open kitchen is a large west-facing balcony (12.6 m²) with views of the countryside and about 200 m distant Vilzsee vorgebaut.
On the back are the bedroom with a large double bed and the daylight bathroom with tub and shower. The living room has a new double bed (1.50 X 2.00).
Bed linen and tea towels are provided and are included in the rental price.
The modern kitchen is extensively equipped for 4 people.
In a storage room inside the apartment you will find additional storage space.
A carport next to the house and a ladies' and a men's bike are available. You can store your sports equipment (etc.) on the enclosed property, park your own bicycles in a small shed. Part of the lawn can be used.
