This newly remodeled waterfront condo sleeps six, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with one queen bed, two twin beds and a sleeper sofa.
The Westview complex offers beautiful water views. Within an easy walk, 1 ½ blocks to shopping and fine dining of the Esplanade. The undercover parking is a plus! Views of the boats coming and going and the sun sets are just an added bonus! Have lunch or dinner at the pool dining area, where you can use the grill and fridge to make your stay more relaxing! Not to mention the great breeze.
The white sand beaches are only a short drive away.
There’s no better way to end the day than having a night cap on the screened in balcony overlooking the bay, as the sunsets.

Waterfront condo

We had an amazing time on our vacation . Location was perfect. Close to all the great restaurants . We walked,biked kayaked .everyone was so nice around the pool. Definitely recommend this place.would love to go back next year

Wonderful Marco

We stayed the month of February at Barbara’s West View condo. The weather was perfect, 75-85 every day with sun and a warm ocean. The condo complex is a low rise where all the units have a view of Smokehouse Bay. It is a few blocks off N Collier Blvd with only lite traffic in the neighborhood. It is only a 6 minute drive to the Tigertale beach parking lot, walking distance to down town as well, and only 3 blocks to the Esplanade, a modern complex with a marina, 3 great restaurants and shopping. The condo complex is very renter friendly, everyone there was hospitable and super nice. The pool/hot tub is on the bay and a lovely place to relax. The unit is newly renovated with lots of light, a wonderful porch with screens, and a nice view of the bay and beyond. The kitchen is good size, open to the dining and living rooms. The master bedroom is very nice and closet space more then ample. The owners could not have been nicer and more responsive when needed. We just loved it there so much we are going back..
