The location cannot be beat for visitors and residents alike. It is one block from famed Forsyth Park and convenient to walk or ride free on shuttle buses to downtown and the river front. Both supermarket and liquor store are close by neighbors. Shops and restaurants and tourist sites are all walkable.

Built in 1882 for a famed physician., this home is distinguished by its historical features that reflect a lifestyle dating back to the end of the Civil War.
