The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, combi microwave and stove is equipped with every comfort. There is a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00m) and a cozy bunk bed in a separate sleeping area (1.40 x 2m). There is a modern bathroom with shower. From the living room and dining room you enter the balcony, from here you can enjoy the magnificent view. An underground parking space for your car is also at your disposal. Free WiFi and Netflix is available.
