Wonderful 3-room apartment with kitchen and balcony in a quiet location of Peißenberg on the 1st floor of a two-family house for rent. The bright apartment is well equipped with washing machine and fitted kitchen incl. Dishwasher.
Enjoy cozy evening in front of the stove in the large living room with open roof or in the summer on the large balcony.
Two bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x 2 single beds) offer enough space.
The bunting with swimming, hiking and kayaking opportunities is a 5-minute walk away. The lakes of the 5-Seenland can be reached in 10 to 20 minutes by car. Also Garmisch, the Zugspitze as the royal palaces Linderhof and Neuschwanstein are not far.
Pets on request.

Great spacious comfortable stay
The rooms are large, couches and beds are comfortable, and lots of space to put away your clothes. We unpacked our suitcases and stowed them away in a large closet. There's also a washing machine and plenty of places to hang your clothes. The tub was nice, after a day of hiking and getting caught in the rain. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook, and has a nice large table and chairs. The rental is close to shopping, banks, restaurants, etc., and also not too far a drive to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Fussen, Mittenwald, Innsbruck, etc.

Tolle große Ferienwohnung mit liebevollen Details wie Kamin, Balkon und beleuchtetem Badspiegel, sehr sauber! Umgebung kann ich nicht bewerten, da wir meistens in Murnau waren, in Richtung Berge fährt man aber ein gutes Stück.

Wir haben noch nie eine so komplett ausgestattete Ferienwohnung gesehen. Auch die vielen "Kleinigkeiten" sind vorhanden und wohl durchdacht. Mit ein paar Lichtquellen (Stehlämpchen) könnte man das große Wohnzimmer noch gemütlicher machen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Peißenberg! Die Wohnung war schön, groß und ruhig. Nah zu vielen schönen Gegenden wie der Starnberger See und den Schlössern. Rigi Rutschn ist direkt um die Ecke und zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Die Gastfamilie war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Kaffee war super und die Auswahl von Tee wunderbar. Wir hoffen mal wieder dort unterzukommen. A wonderful apartment. Very spacious and quiet. The host family that lives below was very helpful and responsive. My husband was a fan of the coffee and they included a wide selection of teas and even some bottles of water. It's really close (walking distance) to an awesome outdoor pool and not far from beautiful lakes and of course the castles and mountains. We loved our stay and would always come back.
