Holiday Retreat

This is the second year my family has rented this property over the Christmas holiday. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and do their own thing or all group together for meals/games/opening gifts. The house was decorated and the host had a cute tree put up. This house has everything you need to cook, bake, and host. Joan and her husband are very attentive to your needs and we wanted for nothing. This has quickly become my favorite rental when in Sioux Falls. This was my 3rd or 4th stay and I hope to be back soon! decorated and had a tree up to make

Sweet Birthday Stay

This was an absolutely adorable getaway and stay for my daughter’s 18th birthday. We celebrated in the quiet community while enjoying the close proximity to the Falls and our favorite point in Sioux Falls, the Rausch Brothers monument.

Dad's 90th birthday family gathering

It was perfect location for our nephews who live in the area and for picking sister up from the airport. Having the sitting areas on two floors let some people play games and watch TV while others were on the lower level visiting.

The property is new and beautiful! We stayed for three nights. The host lives next door. She was very responsive, there were no issues. The home was clean and had everything one could ask for. I highly recommend staying with Joanie and Lance. They are excellent hosts. Sioux Falls is a small city, everything is within in a short walk or drive.

Golf weekend

Property was very accessible and located in a quiet neighborhood. Newly constructed property was very clean and well maintained. Worked well for our groups four day golf trip. Would recommend this property to anyone and would definitely stay again. Had no issues during stay and check-in and check-out were very easy.

South Dakota Vacation

Our family really enjoyed our stay at your home while visiting Sioux Falls to attend our daughter’s graduation from nursing school. The home was well supplied and offered a nice quiet neighborhood for us to celebrate her accomplishment. We will be back to visit often and will definitely look at this property in the future.

Family reunion

We had a great time. The only reason for the 4 on location was because we had other family staying downtown and we were on the northern outskirts, so it was about a 15 min. drive to some of our more southern/downtown destinations. BUT we were close to Falls Park and there was never any traffic problems the whole time. Everything else was super. Definitely plenty of room so didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Clean and plenty of parking.

We had a siblings reunion ages 57-77 at this lovely home in Sioux Falls SD and it was perfect for us. It had everything we needed to make our stay effortless and enjoyable. It is so inviting and we felt at home during our stay.

Beautiful, New & Clean Home

Everything about this home was as promised. We did not prepare any food but the kitchen was well stocked with all the things you would need to prepare meals. The only downfall so to speak is the neighborhood. When first turning the corner to the street there is a very dilapidated property that initially caused me to be concerned, but there were no incidences and I and at no time did I feel unsafe.

Perfect for a mini reunion

Our group had a last-minute change of plans for where we would meet. The owner was more than accommodating, taking our reservation the day before our arrival. The home was easy to get to in a quiet neighborhood, clean, and fully equipped for all our needs. It is beautiful and spacious. I highly recommend you give it a try if Sioux Falls is your destination.

Family Christmas

Since having a loss in the family this past year, we wanted to do something different for our family holiday. I was able to host my entire family comfortably Christmas eve and again on Christmas day. Joan's attention to detail from the Christmas tree to the bonus gift under the tree were so thoughtful and appreciated. The home is welcoming and the hosts Joan and Lance are wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this property and hope to be staying again soon.

We own a small construction company and we built this home with a family in mind. We've put our personal touches throughout the home and hope it is a place where good memories are made. We live nearby and can respond quickly if guests have questions or a unique request. We want every guest to say that they enjoyed their stay.

It's a quiet, mature neighborhood. Neighbors know each another and look out for one another. There's off street parking for several vehicles, as well as that trailer, boat or super-duty pickup. Message Joan if you have questions about parking.

This house is happy when families are making great memories together.
It's also the perfect place to recharge when your group is in Sioux Falls for a sporting event, concert, or work.
