I have been living in Eugene-Springfield area since 2002 and really like the green outdoors all year round, and closeness to the rugged Oregon beaches and majestic mountains. My wife and I love to dance and to teach dancing, and enjoy all the numerous dancing opportunities Eugene has to offer

I like the unique quiet neighborhood with 2 storey stucco houses, closeness to the airport and shopping center, and short drive to downtown.
What makes this property unique
This is high end construction with beautiful interior and exterior. Powerful central heating and cooling with 3" thick filers system provides excellent comfort and clean air.
