NO CORRECTION OF ISSUES
ID: 82830686 Worst vacations ever. Did not notify code 24 hr advance stay, when we arrived the door was open and a person inside, we could not communicate with. The refrigerator defective. ceiling leak two times when it rained, dock damaged, canal wall caving in to canal, the chairs on the dock broken, cooking pans dirty. faucet leak bathroom & kitchen. sofa dirty. listed as house, was a duplex. waste leak around toilet base. pictures of rental distorted disceptation giving appearance of larger rooms. fireplace in the living room removed, living room not as pictured. had to place folding chair and drawer base to place drink next to sofa. Kitchen facets cold hot reversed. canal side yard full of ruts from rain so could not sit in the yard. We wanted rent ready this place was not rent ready. emailed after stay. NO REPLY 2 TIMES. I have pictures of all issues. This was not an enjoyable rental for 29 days. Nice personality but little action. When we informed him the refrigerator did not work he gave us some ice cubes. Refrigerator froze food so we could not use it to cook food and Ice cube maker did not work. This owner needs to service all the issues and list properly.
