Affordable luxury, modern spacious home, we have 3 bedrooms themed after the town squares!

Walk to the Nancy Lopez course/restaurant. We have one of the largest corner lots in The Villages.

Outdoor seating, heated saltwater private pool with a huge bird cage/screen enclosure.
Our kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, the home is spotless clean, well appointed and modern with little luxuries that will surprise you.

We are half way between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumpter. Easy cart ride to eat, dance, shop, golf, & more! # memories

The Perfect Spot!
We came as a family to golf and enjoy the sunshine and the pool after our games. Perfection! The home is exactly as advertised , actually better - so well stocked with lovely touches - with easy instructions for check in and out - and a real property owner to deal with - not a management company.

Very well maintained modern Villa! Every appliance or amenity needed at your fingertips from a Grayco pack-n-play to a Roomba and all top of the line quality! The golf cart was very nice with upgraded seats and arm rests! It was very fast as well making a much quicker commute to your destination!

This is the perfect home to enjoy some relaxation! The owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They even purchased a pack & play for our son when I inquired about the property have a place for him to sleep. The outdoor space is huge and closest village square had great entertainment! The Villages Vacation
Perfect location as we have family i. The area. Last year we did Disney and stayed at a resort. This year we wanted beach adventures. We were 1.5 hours to the gulf beaches as well as 1.5 hours to the Atlantic side. House was perfect and very spacious for all of us. Kids loved the pool. Kim and Dave were easy tocommunicate with. Definitely will visit again!

Beautiful & Peaceful Getaway
The home was welcoming with all the modern amenities. Well stocked with all the essentials. Comfortable bedrooms, spacious bathrooms. Open floor plan, great kitchen with plenty of seating. What a lovely place, very high end - felt as if we were staying in a top-notch hotel, with the comfort of home. Our only issue was how far it was from our friends, if we had known the address sooner, we probably wouldn't have stayed there. However, it was a lovely experience! Lovely home and very nice hosts.

Beautiful place to stay with everything you need and then some. This home is very comfy and clean. Very modern and well stocked. The pool and back patio area were very relaxing. Staying in the villages is wonderful. There is all types of shopping, restaurants and entertainment available. We downloaded the villages gps app for a small fee. This helped us not to miss out on anything nearby. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for giving us the opportunity for a great vacation!

Coconut Grove was just perfect for our five day family stay. Kim and Dave were very responsive whenever we had any questions. The house was completely updated, clean and well furnished. The pool was a great spot to hang out and cool off in the July heat. The Nancy Lopez neighborhood was conveniently situated to many amenities by car or the optional golf cart. We will definitely be back when we next visit the Villages!

Barn raising
My family traveled to Florida to help good friends build a barn on their new farm. It was terribly hot and exhausting work. Returning to the absolutely beautiful and comfortable house every night was the only thing that got us through!! The place is really amazing!! The pool was perfect, bed so comfortable, the kitchen was so well stocked, even coffee and spices and things!! We can’t say enough good things about it! And now that our friends are there we will be back… a lot!!!

We have 4 kids, one grand kiddo and love The Villages. This home is going to be the place we retire. We also use this as our personal getaway with our family.

We live & work in Michigan, born and raised. We love to host and hope to spoil you with what we have come to know in our 6 years of hosting. We want you to feel like family.

Why they chose this property

The house is a rare gem. It's one of the largest courtyards in The Villages. It needed a complete update when we bought it but we could see it's potential. After lots of hard work, it has become even more beautiful that we anticipated.
The location is perfect. We can walk over to the Nancy Lopez bar and restaurant. The neighborhood is quiet and fun.
