We rented this cabin for our annual family fishing trip. There was plenty of room for everyone, as we had a few more then 10 people. Very clean cabin. Quiet lake and neighbors. Theresa was quick to respond to my questions. We all enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
Was great, lots of room. Amazing view. Separate spaces if you wanted time alone and big enough spaces if you wanted everyone together. Lots of things for everyone to do. Nice sand area for kids to build castles! Great for all ages, everyone enjoyed.
The property was more beautiful than described on the site.
For the price point, the location and facility was much better than we had expected.
The family loved the TV room off the kitchen, and the Game room behind the garage was also a ton of fun.
We actually setup a sheet hanging from the deck rails, and did a movie night in the yard with a projector we brought.
We would definitely recommend this to anyone, and plan on using it again in the future!
Lastly, you could not find a better person to work with than Theresa, she is great.
Really enjoyed this property. The owner provided many amenities, including gamers, outdoor chairs, fire pit. Access to the lake was easy and the neighbors friendly. We have reserved again for next year.
We had a wonderful time at this very comfortable lakeside home. My daughter was very happy with the blackout blinds in the bedrooms for baby daytime naps. Kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed the kayaks and this time of year (end of September) the beautiful views of the lake as the leaves were changing.
My sister and I, along with our spouses and parents rented this property for Labor Day weekend. I purposely chose this location so we would have lake access but not have the chaoticness of the busy traffic of the main lake. It was quiet and secluded. Not a bad drive into town for supplies. The house was great! The back room was a wonderful place for the adult "kids" (39-46) to be up late and loud without waking up the parents. The Tiki Room off of the garage also offered that as well. If you're ok with seaweed, getting in a float and swimming off the shore is nice. We are very happy with our stay.
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this location. The property was well-maintained and had all the amenities we were looking for. We had a family event nearby during the days, so we mostly spent time indoors. I can't comment much on the exterior or lake portion of the property.
Communication with the property owner was excellent. The owner was very responsive when I reached out with questions.
We loved our family get together on Pearl Lake at Theresa's place! The cabin was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We loved sitting out on the big deck and using the well-stocked kitchen. We hope to be back next summer!
Theresa was amazing. She replied very quickly every time. We are from out of town so she gave us some transportation tips and told us about attractions around town. The house was perfect. The neighbors were very friendly as well!! It was a beautiful area and house. We will definitely be coming back!
The location is outstanding. The size of the Vrbo is wonderful accommodated our family’s needs. The guest bathroom does need some repairs and the host is working on doing that. The host was very responsive to any questions we had.
We had a great time at this property on Pearl Lake. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for 6 adults and 4 children, including an infant. Living areas were also great, especially the new TV room attached to the garage! Air conditioning kept the place plenty cool. Kitchen was well equipped, and the Traeger pellet grill was awesome!
The kids had a lot of fun by the shore, with plenty of sand to play in and shallow enough water to wade and swim. Finally, the fishing was fantastic including panfish, northern pike, and big largemouth bass. We will be coming back!
Cabin and property were great! It allowed our group of 9 adults, 2 children ages 5 and 7 and a 7 month old to sleep comfortably and we had plenty of space. Great communication with owner as well.
The house is nice & kitchen was nicely equipped. Furnished linens were in good shape. We enjoyed the fire pit & deck. We had 8 adults and comfortable seating in either of the living rooms was somewhat limited for us. Overall it is a nice property with wonderful amenities. We would stay again.

Liked: Check-in, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication, location
Not what was expected.
Neighbor very rude. Was not clean enough to swim or fish. Over priced. Not very happy. Will not be back.
Our family enjoyed our summer vacation at this Pearl Lake cabin. It was very clean, well stocked with very comfortable furnishings. Our granddaughter enjoyed the swim area, and “ the biggest, best sandbox ever”. Beautiful sunsets, and a great fire pit. We even caught some fish, right off the dock. We hope to come again.
Like it very much but disappointed it didn't have a swimming beach.
