This newly renovated 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom sanctuary offers breathtaking ocean views from all living areas and bedrooms, assuring you a serene and picturesque stay. The open floor plan, featuring all main living areas on the second floor, is designed for entertaining friends and family. Picture gatherings around the large kitchen island, outfitted with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, perfect for culinary adventures.

The dining room, living room, and family room effortlessly flow out to a vast deck overlooking the majestic Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy alfresco dining while taking in the ocean's sound, admiring the view, or simply watching dolphins dance in the surf. Room Highlights:
- 1st Floor: Two Bunk beds accommodating up to 4 twin beds—ideal for kids; a garage game area complete with a pool and ping pong table, TV for entertainment; and a full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

- 2nd Floor: A fully stocked kitchen, spacious living room, family room, and dining area that accommodates up to 10 guests. Direct access to a large outside deck with private access to the beach is a highlight, as is the convenience of an outdoor shower. The floor also includes a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and wash sink, plus a full bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower.

- 3rd Floor: Three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a master bedroom featuring a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious jacuzzi tub, jets, and a double vanity. Guest bedrooms feature queen-size beds and smart TVs, and all rooms provide stunning ocean views to inspire peace and tranquility each morning.

Pet-Friendly Policy:
Pets are warmly welcomed! A $100 per pet plus tax fee applies, so let us know if you’re bringing your furry companions along for the adventure.

Guest Access:

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!
