Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located lovely 1 bedroom apartment with a very comfortable sofa bed for your guests to enjoy the experience to walk around the most beautiful historic Valencia City, Spain. This lovely apartment will give you the chance to know the downtown and historic Valencia City in between 5 to 15 minutes walking from the most beautiful part of the city. 10 minutes walking from the Train Station.
Only 5-10 minutes walking from the stunning and famous Central Market, The Cathedral, The Torres de Serranos and Torres de Quart, two of the most emblematic historic icons of the city. Also, located to just 5 minutes walking of the citi's green lung, our "Jardin del Turia Garden" is the biggest garden in Europe where locals and tourists enjoy it for running, cicling, rollerblading, walking their pets, gathering with friends and bringing their kids to play freely.
The area if very quiet, however, in just 5 minutes walking you will find the most interesting restaurants, bars, coffee places of any kind of level you feel like.
If you are coming with a baby or a pet, please let me know so I can make sure you have what you need for them.
As all my properties, you will need to accept the 500 Euros deposit to book this apartment, it will be requested and refunded through Vrbo, and you will get it back 24h after checking out. SORRY! But to park bicycles inside the building IS NOT ALLOWED🙏
