The holiday home "Haus Ilva" is a single standing thatched cottage with upscale amenities and a large garden and terrace with garden furniture and a carport. A modern kitchen, a living and dining area with a satellite TV and a bathroom with shower are located on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms each with a double bed (160x200 cm and 180x200 cm, mattresses throughout). Central heating available. A travel cot and a high chair are available in the house free of charge.

Ein ansprechendes Ferienhaus in einer sehr ruhigen und schönen Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können es nur empfehlen!

Kleines Häuschen in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus „Ilva“ ist ruhig und doch verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Die Bäderstraße ist nah, aber nicht störend. Das Grundstück befindet sich in einer Sackgasse, bis auf Radfahrer kein Durchgangsverkehr. Haus und Grundstück sind schon ein wenig „in die Jahre gekommen“. Der Fußboden im Wohnzimmer ist locker. Es ist mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtet, der Essbereich für 4 Personen allerdings zu klein. Ungünstig war auch, dass in einem der Schlafräume nur ein Kleiderschrank mit Bügeln vorhanden war. Die einzige Kommode im anderen Schlafraum reichte nicht für Sachen von 4 Personen. Leider war das Haus am Tag der Anreise ziemlich schmutzig, überall Spinnen und Spinnweben. Das Bad war nicht sauber. Das trübte den Urlaubsbeginn ein wenig. Dafür waren die Betten bereits bezogen und Handtücher hübsch zusammengelegt. Toll waren die Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. So blieben lästige Mücken draußen.

Der Kontakt mit der Fa. Leive Immobilien war sehr nett und kompetent. Als die versprochene Bettwäsche nicht da war, kam gleich jemand damit vorbei und bezog sogar noch unsere Betten. Das Objekt selbst wäre uns für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu unkomfortabel, Toilette nur unten, Schlafzimmer oben, keine Waschmaschine, das wussten wir aber. Im Bad liefen ganz viele Silberfische rum, die Heizung im Bad riecht sehr unangenehm. Der Esstisch im Wohnzimmer für 2 Personen okay, für 4 Personen sicherlich zu klein. Die Küche war von der Ausstattung her sehr gut, der Kühlschrank war sehr sauber. Ansonsten in den Ecken Spinnweben. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt gut, allerdings preislich zu teuer, besonders in der Hochsaison. Morgens ist auch die laute Straße sehr zu hören in den Schlafzimmern.
