Steve and Bess have been married for 38 years. Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan they retired to Florida about 7 years ago and live only 2 miles away from this beautiful beach condo.
Why they chose this property
The location of this beachfront condo is the best. Located in the Clearwater Point community, there are 3 great pools, a hot tub, a private beach and grilling area. Walk to all the restaurants, bars, the marina and Pier 60!
