We enjoyed cooking s’mores by the pond and the variety of birds that we were able to see from the kitchen window! The cabin was comfortable and convenient. We would stay here again!
The cabin was just as described. 3 bedrooms (one bed was not quite as comfortable as the others) and 2 baths, which is nice. Fire pit was great and the hot tub was enjoyed both nights. Easy to get to and in close proximity to many of the trails. I do wish the table on the patio was large enough for our whole group to eat at. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!
We went for a weekend getaway to celebrate a birthday. We zip lined (in laws first time). We hiked all over even in the rain. It was a very calming weekend just what we needed. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The only real suggestion I would have is maybe a box of tissues, Tis the season.
We had a great time during our short weekend stay in Hocking Hills. Property was just as described. We had a fire on Friday night and then got in the hot tub on Saturday night after a day of Zip Lining! Great place.
My family planned a trip to Hocking Hills with my parents, me and my spouse staying in the cabin and my sister and brother at the main campground. We had some unexpected family visiting, and the communication with Robbie was incredible! He was quick to respond, very gracious, and very adaptable to our plan changes. The cabin was clean with all of the necessities and many of the comforts we could hope for. The property itself is very cute with its little pond and tree lines to keep things private. I highly recommend this location With just a short drive to so many of the trails and area activities!
Honestly everything was perfect. It was just a getaway for myself as a stress reliever which I don’t get enough of. It was only for one night but I can definitely see myself going back there and spending several days. Check-in was easy, easy instructions, great hot tub, very warm feeling and very secluded. Perfect.
Esquisite and delightful retreat from the busy world
My recent stay at the Opulence Retreat was nothing short of magical. Nestled in a cozy, secluded cabin, it felt like a perfect blend of luxury and nature. With two spacious bedrooms, I had more than enough room to relax and unwind. The views from every window were amazing, making it easy to feel at peace.
The cabin's interior was beautifully decorated, exuding charm and elegance that created such an inviting atmosphere. I found all the comforts of home, including a large TV for entertainment and the convenience of a washer and dryer. Staying connected was a breeze with the WiFi.
One of my favorite features was the outdoor hot tub. Evenings were made special with the fire pit, ideal for gatherings and roasting marshmallows. I also enjoyed grilling outside, adding to the outdoor experience.
The deep fish pond was a standout highlight. Whether I was trying my luck at fishing or simply enjoying its peaceful ambiance, it added a unique touch to the whole stay.
The cabin was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail was evident in every corner. It was easy to see that a lot of thought had been put into making it a perfect getaway spot. The combination of luxurious amenities and natural beauty made it the ideal destination for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or even a solo retreat.
I highly recommend the Opulence retreat to anyone looking to excape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It was an unforgettable experience that left me feeling rejuvenated and serene
The property inside and out was clean and well cared for. Entering and exiting was well communicated and easy. The interior was comfortable. I am sure the owners are aware there is no hot water in the master bedroom’s bathroom sink and that the guest bedroom has a bed that makes noises every time the guests move.
We enjoyed watching the birds at the feeder near the kitchen window and eating out on the deck during a storm. All appliances were clean and in service.
The four of us gave it a 7.5 rating.
Cabin was clean and fully stock with everything that you would need. Love the privacy and very quiet at night. close to the trails and dining in Logan. Thank you for sharing your place with us. Definately would come back for another weekend getaway
We stayed at this location for a couple of days and during that time the water inside the cabin smelled so horrible that we could not even take showers. The hot tub water was orange from iron so much that we could not even use it. Bathroom showers had an excessive amount of mold and toilets looked as though they had not been cleaned. We had an issue with the front door key not working properly so when we left, we had to leave the back door unlocked just so we could get in. Overall experience was not good.
The cabin is perfect. It was comfortable, clean and provided everything we needed. The location is good and close to everything we wanted to do. Only downside for us is we wished we’d stayed longer
Was told if i was there before 4:00pm i would be asked to leave and comeback. We arrived at the property around 4:30pm. The key in the lockbox was the wrong key so i called the owner and he insisted it was the right key because he had just left there at 4:00pm. Well an hour and a half later he finally showed up with the RIGHT key. The " fishing pond " in the back is just a water hole. I could jump across it. The hot tub water was nast brown color with an awful smell coming from it. The pictures posted for this place is a joke! I definitely would not stay there. Its not worth the money.
