Great host- Great location!
Barbara was so easy and nice to communicate with! The house was as described/looks in pictures and had everything we needed for our family (13 people), including a basement area where the kids could hang out and watch tv while we cooked in the beautiful kitchen! Great area with a clubhouse down the road for use. Would definitely stay again!

Truly impeccable home
This is a wonderful home! It was very well maintained, cleaned, and stocked. Kitchen is glorious. Quiet backyard, welcoming porch, and convenient family-friendly neighborhood. Lots of space and comfy beds and couches. One downside is the beach area was not the most inviting when we went (bees, wet mud) but this is maybe seasonal. Overall, a great stay and we will definitely be back. Thanks for everything!

Big group of old friends got together for a long weekend in Saratoga. The house was incredible: big, clean and beautiful. Very easy to get to the racetrack and downtown. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Saratoga weekend
From the first step in booking, Barbara has been just lovely to work with. Quick, efficient communication and easy to work with. The house is located in the most quant neighborhood that you would want to live in with your family. The house was impeccably clean and had everything you would need to use like your own home. We traveled with our three kids and parents and it was the perfect size for our family. The back porch was the highlight for us as we were able to hang out outside. Thank you for the perfect get away!

House was beautiful, spacious, clean, new, classy, many amenities. Many bedroom. Many areas to just chill. Great parking. Bathroom large, Sauna was top notch. Kitchen living room all open space. Quick getaway
This house was perfect for what we needed. Open kitchen layout with large island was perfect for our group of 8-9 people who do a lot of cooking . House was very clean and plenty of bedrooms to accommodate us . Barbara answered any questions we had in a timely manner . House is also great for a summer getaway as well .

The house is beautiful. We had 10 adults staying here and we were very comfortable. The house is well equipped. The HOA was great. We used the pool, hot tub and pickleball courts. It was very close to Saratoga springs. The owner was very responsive to all our needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, well-appointed house. Very comfortable with all the amenities to make you feel at home. Barbara was very responsive and welcoming. Location is within a quick 10 minute walk to the HOA center where the pool, a beach, exercise room and tennis courts are and a 10 minute drive into downtown Saratoga Springs. Would highly recommend

Great location for families. Has access to indoor pool and additional amenities which are great for kids. Eight minutes to grocery store and Target and ten minutes to downtown area and horse track. Barbara was easy to reach and communicative the entire trip while providing additional dish ware for Thanksgiving.

This house was a fantastic place for our group. The home is new, updated, spacious and perfectly located for getting to downtown Saratoga. All of the rooms were great and the home is very well stocked with everything you need to to have a great stay. Next time I’m in Saratoga, I would very likely return to this property.

Beautiful, and in a perfect location!
This was my first time in Saratoga NY and it did not disappoint. Firstly the house is beautiful, as well as the neighborhood. The location is absolutely perfect. It's close to the highway and also a five minute drive or less to everything we had planned. We were close to the SPAC for a concert, the racetrack for Traver's Day, and on Sunday we rented a pontoon boat on Saratoga Lake. We had five couples and the house has enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own space and bathrooms, with a living room/kitchen big enough that everyone was able to hang out comfortably... It's new, clean, spacious and beautiful! Would absolutely rent again :)

I built this lovely home as my a retirement home to accomodate first floor living but still have private space for my soon to be grown children. It is perfect for multi generation families or multiple friend families to enjoy while visiting Historic Saratoga Springs. Conveniently located 1/2 mile from Saratoga Lake in well known neighborhood 2 miles from downtown Saratoga Springs off Exit 14 on I87.
