Must climb stairs: Please note that the loft is accessible via very steep stairs with no doorways. Exercise caution when using them. There is one flight of stairs leading to the porch and front door, followed by another steep flight of stairs to reach the loft.

Guest Access:
Guest have full access to the cottage as long as private backyard and loft.

Other Things to Note:
- This property is suitable for children/infants. Note: Please be aware that the loft has very steep stairs and no doorways. Children must be supervised at all times and should never be left alone in the upstairs loft. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.

- This property is pet-friendly. There is a pet fee of $35 per pet/per night + taxes/airbnb fees, and we only allow 1 pet max and there is no weight limit. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended. Please note: The property is adjacent to wildlife and livestock with a basic barbed wire fence, but it is not fully enclosed/fenced. There is no protective barrier, as this area is a wildlife refuge.

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
