Inside you'll find a cozy ambient fireplace, designer decor, full kitchen, wonderful king canopy bed with lush linens, & shower for two! Coco Casita is the ideal couples escape! Simply romantic! Note: While our listing does indicate "Cooking basics," this specifically includes pots and pans, but not cooking oil or salt/pepper.
- Regular and Keurig coffee makers provided plus coffee, cream and sugar are provided.
The Neighborhood:
The casita is located on 6 acres. Perfect dark space for watching the 2024 eclipse without any nearby city light haze.
Getting Around:
Just 8 minutes from the the 'burg! We do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!
Other Things to Note:
- This property is not suitable for children/infants.
- This property is not pet friendly.
- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
Firewood is provided for outdoor fireplace. Please bring your own charcoal for grilling.
- Please DO NOT feed any stray cats or animals when at the rental. We are trying our best to keep any stray animals away from the rental as much as possible.
