MAIN FLOOR:
The main floor of this spacious Bohemian home boasts a renovated kitchen, a living room, dining room, and a half bathroom. The living room features a full-size couch, and a flat screen TV with streaming options.
The kitchen is roomy enough for a family or group to cook and dine together with a dining table, chairs, and stools for the kitchen island.
UPSTAIRS:
The master suite on this level is spacious and includes a king size bed, a dresser, nightstands, a huge walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a separate vanity and sink area from the shower/tub combo and toilet.
Bedroom #2, designed for children, is located just off the master bedroom or accessed via a back staircase, and features a twin over full bunk bed, a play tent, a pack n play, and ample play space.
Bedrooms #3 and #4 each have a king-size bed, a closet, nightstands, and black-out curtains.
The hallway bathroom on this floor includes a shower/tub combo, toilet, and sink, with toiletries provided.
DOWNSTAIRS:
The downstairs living area features a dartboard, foosball table, board games, and a flat-screen TV.
This area also has another half bath and a laundry room, with detergent, an iron, and an ironing board provided.
Bedroom #5 is located in the basement and includes two twin-size beds, a closet, and nightstands.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
The spacious outdoor area includes a fire pit for making s'mores and a grill for cooking up delicious meals. Please note the patio furniture will be put into storage for the snowy winter months.
There is parking in the garage for two cars, and ample driveway and street parking.
