High ceilings, open floor plan and a beautiful outdoor space allow guests to gather with friends and family. Colter Bay Chateau will add a dramatic flair to your Prescott getaway. Located a short drive from Historic Downtown Prescott, you will be centrally located from events, trailheads and lakes.
Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find solace in the winter snow or cool summer weather. Prescott offers year round activities including Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo in July, special events at Halloween, Veterans Day parade, Thanksgiving, Lighting of the Courthouse in early December, Christmas festivities, and The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square, bring your chairs, picnic basket and enjoy the music on the Courthouse Square.
Prescott offers many hiking trails from light and easy to those for the more adventurous seeking a more rugged terrain. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon which is 1-1/2 hours away. Beautiful Sedona is an hour away, Jerome is 40 minutes and Flagstaff 1-1/2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals then our very own Heritage Park Zoo is a short 20 minute drive. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few others we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to experience and enjoy!
INSIDE THE HOME
Living room: A perfect gathering place to read, watch tv and cozy up after a long day of sightseeing and exploring. The large open space allows guests to visit by the fire or mingle with friends at the bar.
Kitchen: The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, except the ingredients. The kitchen offers bar top seating and a dining table that overlooks the backyard.
There is a formal dining area as well. Appliances include a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and stove/oven.
Bathroom 1: Located in the main wing, it includes a therapeutic walk-in bathtub, vanity and toilet.
Bathroom 2: Located in the bedroom, it features a shower, toilet and vanity.
Bathroom 3: Located off the Master Bedroom wing, this is a half bath only.
Master Bathroom: Located in the master bedroom, it features a private toilet, walk-in shower, His/Her vanities with a make-up table. It has been stocked with all the necessary towels, iron and ironing board.
Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a queen size bed, bedside table and lamp. Large windows overlook the front patio. There is additional storage space in the closet.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a queen size bed with built in shelves and lighting. This bedroom overlooks the backyard. There is additional storage space in the closet.
Bedroom 3: This bedroom features a king size bed, bedside tables, lamps and dressers. This bedroom overlooks the beautiful landscaped front yard. There is storage space in the closet as well. This bedroom has a private bathroom as well.
Master Bedroom: This bedroom features a king size bed, side tables, TV and lamps. This bedroom has a private bathroom and His/Her walk-in closets.
Office Space: Located in the Master bedroom wing, the office provides plenty of natural lighting and work space for those wanting to telework.
Master Bedroom Wing: Additional spaces featured include a small sitting area and a large library or game room complete with stereo system and sofas.
Laundry room: The laundry room features a washer, dryer and sink. There is an iron, ironing board, first aid kit and laundry soap available for guest use.
OUTSIDE
There are plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy your coffee and the Arizona weather. The front gated patio offers a covered seating area. The backyard provides various seating areas, gas fireplace and shade screens for those wanting a more intimate gathering place. There is a beautiful view of “P” Mountain. The home features a two car garage.

Please note, there is a ring camera mounted on the front porch that monitors the driveway area only.
BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires a pet fee, this fee will NOT be shown at time of booking. This fee will be requested through Airbnb once you've made us aware of the pet. It’s the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren’t originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee.
Rules and Policies
You must be at least 25 to rent. Only registered guests at the property, let us know if you are planning on having outside guests at any time during your stay.
PMI Northern Arizona is a Full Service Property Management company, we do have and require a Property/Region Specific Vacation Rental Agreement be signed separate from what is required by Airbnb. This contract will be sent after Airbnb confirms the booking with our office.
Pets or no pets: It’s the guest’s responsibility to make PMI Northern Arizona aware of a service animal or emotional support animal that will be staying at the property before check in. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter. When we’ve confirmed your service or emotional support animal, you’re required to sign an Animal Addendum in addition to the standard contract.
Guests will be sent check-in instructions three days prior to arrival.

• Please turn the thermostat to the desired temperature.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• Please do your dishes.
• Please take out your trash before you leave.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
VACATION CODE OF HONOR: Only registered guests are permitted to enjoy the property, home and amenities at all times. Please do not jeopardize your stay by permitting guests and/or visitors other than those listed on your agreement. As a courtesy to our neighbors, we adhere to, abide by the Golden Rule.
