This spacious (over 1200 feet) condominium is located on the sixth hole of the Lagos course, in the gated exclusive resort community of the Desert Princess Country Club.

This unit has two master suite bedrooms each with a king-size bed. Exclusive to this unit is a separate dining area adjacent to the spacious, fully-stocked kitchen. The living room features ample seating, stylishly furnished with an entertainment center with DVD and a pull-out sofa bed.

Dine on the covered patio as you watch golfers on the tee box or relax at one of the nearby pools and spas. Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited.

Guests have access to 27 holes of championship golf, a fully-stocked pro shop, driving range, two putting greens, and clubhouse with dining room and bar. For those who are looking for more golf, guests have access to 36 more holes of golf at the adjacent championship golf course of Cimarron. Tennis players have access to eight tournament-style courts, including five that are lighted. There are also 6 lighted Pickle Ball courts. Besides this, the on-site hotel, The Double Tree, offers over 250 rooms, a restaurant, spa, and fitness center.

Occupants shall respect the neighbors' privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.

No outdoor music, radio, musical instrument, amplifiers, karaoke, devices that produces or reproduces sound can be used outdoors at any time. If used indoors, it cannot be heard beyond the property line. Use of outdoor amenities is prohibited between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am.

Great Stay at the Desert Princess

Great stay at the Desert Princess with a friend to catch up with Cathedral City friends. Easy check in and everything we needed was at the property. Location is central and easy to find. There are trails to walk on the grounds. Across the street there is a grocery store, CVS and Starbucks. One of the mattresses was rather high for short guests. WiFi worked well.

Good Golf Getaway Spot

Older but well cared for property which worked great for a couple of golfing buddies. Parking was an issue with no access to the unit's garage and no visitor space parking available. Other than that it suited our needs just fine.

Great experience

This was by far one of the best condos we have stayed at yet in Palm Springs. The unit is very clean and close to a couple different pools. Very close to grocery stores for a shopping etc. Would definitely rent again.

A Little Slice of Heaven

I am not a golfer but staying here made me want to take up the sport. Comfy condo with everything we needed. The grounds of the Desert Princess are maintained immaculately. We enjoyed walking and bicycling around the resort. Location made our outings for hiking and site-seeing easy.

The condo was perfect, we would be happy to stay there again. Very clean and beautiful grounds. The only problems were, the front door lock needs adjustment and we couldn’t figure out how to use the TV (which could have been operator error.)

Great place !! Clean and convenient for golf.

Chose this property when a friend’s condo was unavailable for our dates. Liked the secure gated entry with friendly staff to greet us. The main road (Desert Princess) is lined with palm trees ringed in white lights (pretty!) Street signs can be hard to see at night but we used WAZE to easily navigate after locating the unit. A golf course winds through the property and although not very long—it is a fun track to play. The unit itself was well-equipped and tastefully decorated. Plenty of space for two couples or two golf buddies to stay. We’d definitely choose this property again!

Upon checking in the place was clean spacious and as advertised. The community the condo is in great very open clean and well maintained. This condo was perfect for my needs and would highly recommend it. Don was very responsive at all times.

We loved it. Was very spacious,clean,beautiful decor. Tv in every room. Bathrooms were large and inviting. Great community. We felt safe and secure. Great communication with the owner. He was very accommodating especially with changes of dates. My Marine was coming back from deployment and they changed it 4 times. The owner was so patient and understanding. We will definitely be back hopefully this time with my son.

Lovely, warm Palm Springs

We traveled from Virginia to this lovely location with a view of the golf course. The resort has wonderful trails and we enjoyed walking through the neighborhood. We played golf several times in such great weather. Our condo was super clean and the owners left all the supplies you need for this covid time: hand sanitizer, wipes, even masks. Also, bottled water, coffee, and other necessities -Very thoughtful. We loved our week plus stay. I will say the house is very dark. There are no overhead lights in the living room or bedrooms and no direct light from outside. In the summer this might be delightful because it’s so hot! But in the winter it felt cold.

Our family of 4 purchased this getaway condo for the intentions of using it as a vacation home. We reside 90 miles south west of Palm Springs in Orange County. We are an active family which enjoys the desert active lifestyle. When we can get away from work and our kids weekend soccer games we enjoy heading out to our condo for golf, tennis and relaxing by one of the many pools on the property.

This property is our second home and we use it regularly. It has all of the amenities of our home and we keep it in great shape so it is comfortable for us and our guests.
