Located on Beautiful Lake Hamilton, just off Central Avenue, you'll love everything this gated, two (2) bedroom, two (2) bath penthouse condominium has to offer with 35 feet of covered outdoor balcony. The views from this prime location are exceptional.

With 1700 square feet of indoor living space, you'll find a large master bedroom with a king bed, beautiful lake views, a walk-in closet, and a large en-suite bath that includes jetted tub and separate shower. The second bedroom hosts an abundance of space with two (2) queen beds and easy access to the second full bath.

As a part of the open floor plan, the condo has a fully equipped kitchen, large island, vaulted ceilings, dining room table, generous sitting area, and a wall of windows overlooking Lake Hamilton. The private penthouse balcony gives you the option of taking in big lake views while grilling the evening's dinner or relaxing on the outdoor sectional. A large laundry room off from the kitchen serves guests with a full-size washer and dryer.

Reserved two (2) car covered parking is included with your stay.

The condominium's location can't be beat! Sitting on Lake Hamilton, you'll be minutes from Oaklawn Racing and Casino, have easy access to marinas, and be within walking distance to various popular restaurants.

**Please note: Due to this property being a penthouse condominium, it is located on the top/third (3rd) floor. Guests will encounter three (3) flights of stairs to access the unit, but the views make it worth it!**

If you are in need of additional sleeping arrangements, we also have a studio condominium, with lake views, on the ground level, just below the penthouse. This unit has a king-size bed, full bath, and kitchenette - perfect in-law accommodations. Message for availability. Boats and trailers are not allowed in the gated community per POA bylaws.

Great place

A great place to stay. The stairs were a lot when taking luggage up and down, but otherwise it was great. The owner was very helpful when we had a small issue accessing the condo. Fully stocked with dishes, toiletries, coffee and even an extra fan. The one thing i did not like, was we could not use a perfectly good swimming pool that is right across the parking lot from the condo that i saw one person in the whole weekend.

The condo was beautiful and very comfortable Only problem was you were not allowed to use the pool on the property which was very disappointing for our grandchildren you could swim off the dock if you came prepared to which we didn’t. With all the boats in the water it would have not been possible to swim from the debris

Beautiful location and beautiful condo

This was the perfect location for our July 4th weekend. The condo was large, comfortable and well appointed. We loved watching the boats and fireworks off the balcony. We’ll be back! Also, check out The English Muffin restaurant around the corner for breakfast.

Great view and location

The condo was amazing! Well-stocked kitchen and bedrooms were very comfortable. The third-floor walk up is not fun with luggage, and I honestly didn’t see the note that there was no elevator access. If you have folks that struggle with stairs, this condo is not an option. The porch is incredibly comfortable and looks over the lake. We enjoyed sitting out there in the mornings and evenings. The only issue we had was with the thermostat. We would set it lower at night before bed so we could sleep comfortably, but during the night it would auto-adjust to 78 degrees! We figured this out at about 5:30am on our second night. So if you stay, know you will have to constantly reset the thermostat to a comfortable temperature. Otherwise, great location and very nice condo.

Comfortable Luxury with a Great View

We stayed 2 nights as part of our honeymoon trip to Hot Springs. This is the nicest VRBO I've ever stayed in. There is so much space and the couches and bed were so comfortable! It was a great space for my husband to watch the Rangers Opening Day game! I loved the view from the patio and enjoyed my morning coffee while watching the sun rise. There is a great breakfast place at the turn in to the condo called "English Muffin" that we ate at both mornings. I highly recommend it. The VRBO host was great and check out procedures were clear and simple. We hope to stay again!

Beautiful Condo with awesome view

The property was as listed. Very nicely furnished and decorated. Kitchen and bar area was well stocked with any item you would need. Covered parking was a plus. Location is perfect for a visit to Oaklawn or the lake. I will book again for racing or lake season.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I loved our stay, it had the perfect lake view, and the sunrise was beautiful. Only issue we had was the remodeling that was going on in the stairwell and there was paint supplies and ladders in the way. Overall it was the most relaxing weekend

Hot Springs getaway

This condo is amazing, well worth the price. Pictures do not do it justice, the view is wonderful, everything you could possible need is available in the kitchen, high quality linens, furnishings are above average and exceptionally clean. The ONLY thing that could have used a little attention is the staircase leading to the unit. The carpet needs cleaning and some attention. We would certainly book this unit again.

Almost took my boat with me, because there is a empty boat lift in the pictures. Glad I changed my mind at the last minute. That’s the only problem, other than that it was a Extremely nice place.

Amazing Stay

We hit a big trifecta with this Penthouse! Beautiful, immaculately clean and an amazing view. We visited Hot Springs for the Arkansas Derby and this Penthouse did not disappoint. I highly recommend the stay.

BEAUTIFUL VIEWS

The Condo was lovely and cleaner than many we have stayed at. The views are outstanding! We enjoyed our stay so much. The Condo has an open living area and is huge. It is also located close to many of the sites you might want to visit. A great place to come rest and relax.
