Downtown Mystic - Newly Renovated Apartment

Newly renovated apartment in an old house built in 1845. The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough and Watch Hill RI.

Maximum of 2 people allowed. All guests must be at least 27 years of age. No parties allowed on premises. Pets not allowed. No smoking on premises.

Unit 2 is located on the ground floor and offers the following layout and amenities:
- One bedroom with queen-size bed
- One bath with shower
- Living room with couch and 50" TV. Streaming and live TV is through Hulu
- Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave

Thanksgiving in Mystic

This was our 2nd time staying at this wonderful apartment for Thanksgiving weekend. I can't say enough good things about it. The location is perfect, within walking distance of almost everything. The apartment itself is very clean, well-appointed and so comfortable. The kitchen is nicely stocked with plates, utensils and cookware. In the bathroom you'll find soap shampoo/conditioner and even Q-tips. You can literally just show up with your clothes. Finally, the host, Mike is fantastic. Don't hesitate to book this gem.

Great spot right in downtown Mystic

Perfect stay in Mystic

The perfect place to stay to explore Mystic and the surrounding area We stayed in a ground floor apartment Everything was just as advertised Very clean very cosy Nothing I can think of could make it any better And to cap it all off a short stroll into town for all the restaurants in Mystic. No need to drive to eat out and have a few drinks Would definitely stay here again

Great experience!

This apartment was fantastic! The design was incredibly efficient, yet still had charm. The location was perfect! So close to downtown. The owner, Mike, was responsive and friendly. I would definitely rent here again. We would coordinate next time to have friends stay in the apartment next door or upstairs.

This place is AMAZING!

I’m back home, but I keep thinking about our stay at Mike’s place in Mystic and had to leave a review. This apartment is the perfect place to stay when visiting this area: 1) excellent location in town, walkable to everything. 2) Beautifully furnished, with everything you could need. 3) Exceptionally comfortable bed. 4) Mike himself was a fabulous host. I needed to change my dates at one point and he was super helpful. Great communication and had tons of recommendations for us in the area, He even left us a delicious box of lemon biscuit cookies. If we make it back to this area again, we’ll definitely stay at one of Mike’s properties! <3

Never use a hotel again!

Absolutely fantastic stay! Everything about this apartment was perfect. Quiet Street and you never would have known there were other people staying on the same property. Can't beat being withing walking distance of pretty much everything Mystic. Mike was easy to communicate with, sent clear instructions for checking/in checking out. He even sent recommendations for places to go in the area. We will definitely be booking here again in the future! 11/10 recommend!!

Mystic up close

This property is a wonderful place to stay. 5 stars for cleanliness and class. It's only a 5 minute walk to center city Mystic so close to all you need including restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend this for any couples.

Convenient, clean, and comfortable. Very close to the main street through Mystic. Easy walking distance to the scenic Mystic River and iconic drawbridge, restaurants Including Mystic Pizza, and shopping. Recently renovated apartments in modern style in a historic building (1843 Conference House for Second Baptist Church). The owner, who must have the gift of hospitality, has thought of every convenience for a comfortable stay.

Absolutely the Best!

This is a fantastic property and a huge reason is Mike, the host. Mike responded immediately to requests which is absolutely the best service we’ve experienced at any hotel or vacation rental. We were in the hospitality business for many years and recognize that Mike a true professional. He has a great personality and is very knowledgeable and helpful about things to do in the area. The unit is perfect: lots of windows, plenty of space for 2 people, wonderful kitchen and appliances, pleasant outdoor seating area, and a great location. We will definitely stay again.

Great Getaway

Lovely apartment. Ideally located in the heart of Mystic. You can walk just about everywhere but be aware it’s a steep hill coming back from anywhere. The owner was extremely accommodating. I would stay there again.

Look No Further

This rental checks all the boxes - location, condition, and style. Although the square footage “read” small, my husband and I found the layout to be very comfortable, and we loved the private patio off the kitchen. The unit is spotless and handsomely equipped. We would definitely rent again.

Couldn't ask for better

This renovated gem has a contemporary but cozy vibe to it (We were sold with the Easter Island Tiki head). Everything was new-ish and fresh, comfortable, spotless and well stocked. Add to this that we could WALK to most downtown spots, including the seaport museum, and enjoy Mystic at a leisurely pace without the car parking hassle. Yet in spite of being around the corner from commercial shops, the apartment was amazingly quiet. I would highly recommend this for any 1-2 guests looking for a great, centrally located space to stay while exploring Mystic!

Memorial Day in Mystic

Beautifully appointed apartment a short walk from everything downtown Mystic has to offer. Spotlessly clean, off street parking with modern comfortable furniture throughout. Host was communicative and helpful and check in/out was easy peasy. Most highly recommend. Only thing I would ask for is a traditional drip coffeemaker, though the Nespresso style machine was a nice touch and greatly appreciated. Cheers!

Awesome rental in perfect location

This was our second time staying at this property. It is perfect for two people. Everything is new and very clean. So easy to walk downtown to shops and restaurants. Communication with host is excellent. Highly recommend.

Hi, I'm Mike. I grew up just over the line in Rhode Island and I have deep connections to the area. As a young adult I moved south, which was fine for a while but sometimes you have to leave home to appreciate the specialness of where you came from.

Time slows down here along the coast. If you allow yourself to become part of it, you too will return again.

Why they chose this property

I feel truly lucky to own a home in such a beautiful spot right in Mystic! Although the house was built in 1845, most of the original elements were gone when I bought the house a few years ago. The property has been a multi-family home for many decades. It has been fun remodeling and giving each of the units a unique look. Hopefully you will come back and have a stay in all of them!
