Quaint gated 4 Bedroom home on 1.5 acres of country land. Private location with beautiful Mountain View, including backyard access to 600+ acres of gorgeous forest terrain with trails for walking, running, biking, etc!!!!! Newly remodeled kitchen including air fryer and microwave. Full bathroom with shower! Living room with 2 Futon couches and a TV with cable, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video. Relaxing Patio area with family table and 8 comfortable chairs to enjoy quiet mornings and delicious meals. 45 minutes from a family fun water park, Hacienda Negron. Local food truck right up the street with amazing authentic Puerto Rican food! Shopping centers 5 minutes away!! Many restaurants and vendors within 15 minutes. 1 hour from San Juan!!!! Fast WiFi in home with plenty of parking! Free roaming goats, sheep, roosters, turkey, and horses within the mountain and sometimes the yard of the home. (gate can remain open or closed up to your discretion) Look forward to sharing our little piece of paradise at Casita Mercado here in Puerto Rico!!!!
