This was a great little place to stay. It was very clean and cozy. The only reason I dropped it to 4 stars is the bar across the street. It was loud, and we could hear screaming and yelling many times throughout the night, keeping us awake. But overall, this was a great place.

Liked: Check-in
Disliked: Communication, location
Owner request communication through air b& b not associated with vrbo.
Loud from bar, neighbors, police activity, and ambulanceLarge homeless community right around the cornerAppears clean but floors turned your sock black immediately.Provided 4 stained towels for 3 people on a 7 day stay.Required to take trash outside of complex to main road for owner even though they are local.
We were pleased with the overall stay.Challenges: The location was a little different than I thought. Busy road which made the noise more than I expected to be.Had some trouble getting into the door due to wrong code. They gave us.Notice some things not cleaned such as the refrigerator had some remnants from the last residence. Was wondering about the part where it said sleeps 6. Not sure if that includes the couch as beds.Wins:The balcony was awesome to have. Was thankful for the communication and fast response with the owner.Liked the rooms and the layout of the place. Updated and newer feel.Price was good and reasonable.Beds were very comfortable.Fun complement, but I really liked the stairs. They were nicely made
We loved this space so much! Everything was perfect, the bed was beyond comfortable, and this was the perfect location for a couples weekend stay. The owner even helped us by extending our stay after my partner didn’t make her travel arrangements. They were so kind and helpful. I would love to stay again and highly recommend the property!
This property was very clean and the host was fantastic. My husband and I were in Chattanooga to meet our new granddaughter and had a last minute change of plans. I was surprised this unit was available and snapped it up. It was perfect for the two of us. Lots of room and comfortable furniture.
The unit is across the street from a busy restaurant/nighttime bar. However, the host supplied sound machines, which blocked out a lot of the noise. We slept great!
We had a couple of challenges initially getting into the property. Josh, the host, was easily accessible for us and really wanted us to have a great stay. He even came over to help us with WiFi and TVs. I can't say enough positive things about him!
Very positive experience. I would stay here again.
I thought the place was well decorated and had all the amenities you could want. We loved the rooftop space, it was great to watch sunsets. There were some bees building a nest, when I reached out to Josh he immediately responded and was willing to come right over and take care of it. They didn't bother us again! Furniture was comfortable. It was convenient to get to downtown or other Southside places in just a few minutes, we would have walked more but it was too hot when we were there. The only negative, which is certainly no fault of the host or the place, is the bar that is basically right across the street had some people out yelling and being loud during the night. A minor inconvenience for such a great place and experience. Was an excellent 'home base' for a great Chattanooga experience.
Property worked very well for us. I would use caution in booking if you are a light sleeper. A happening bar is right across the street but the noise was ok with us!
Very clean 3 level 2 1/2 bath townhome on the edge of the arts/restaurant district in Chattanooga. This home is on the edge of gentrification projects going on in downtown Chattanooga. There was plenty of projects going on around this small neighborhood and we felt safe walking. Parking was super easy and off street. Easy walk to many restaurants and bars. Too far to walk to the waterfront though, but paid parking is easy in Chatt.
House was immaculate and well furnished. The 3rd story was an open rooftop area with fridge, comfy seating, and a large tv. The railing area was solid so I’d say it was child safe up there.
We have booked this same house for September.
The property was very clean, well stocked kitchen very comfortable furniture. The rooftop loft was a nice place to get some fresh air and hang out to talk.
Four of us stayed here and this is a gem of a place to stay. It's an easy walk to restaurants, bakeries, bars, and breweries. Even to walk downtown (I did not do it) might take about 15 minutes. The hosts have provided all the amenities you may need. They even included K-cups and creamer! How thoughtful.
The bedrooms are on the second floor, which is up a flight of 17 stair steps, then 13 more steps to the roof patio. The patio is wonderful, with comfortable seating and a huge tv.
The white noise devices are great at night when there are trains and emergency vehicle sounds.
Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.
Nice up and coming neighborhood. Close to downtown and riverwalk. Short drive to the Chattanooga Choo Choo then can either walk or take the free trolley to the river, ballpark, or aquarium and other attractions. The location of the house is good but can be noisy due to the bar across the street, train tracks nearby, and other neighbors close by. The house is beautiful and the rooftop area was superb. We spent most of our time up there. A few minor problems but the owner took care of them very quickly so all was good. Would stay here again.
The house was very clean and well setup. Furniture was in great condition. Very clean house! Rooftop patio was a great added bonus. Location was near all of the attractions and restaurants that we wanted to visit. The only downside was the noise level of traffic in front of the house. Too loud with general traffic and numerous emergency vehicles. We used the noise reduction devices in the house, and it helped, especially at night. Host was super responsive to all of our questions. Overall a great experience!
Clean, spacious, all the necessities possible, quick response, first place we’ve stayed that’s more than advertised. Will stay again if ever back in the area again.
The rental was amazing. Just what my wife and myself needed. The home had everything. It was cold at night but we still enjoyed sitting on the top oudoor roof to watch the new year roll in. Great access to downtown
The property was very clean, nicely decorated and close to the attractions and restaurants. The host was very efficient in responding as well. There was road noise but he provided white noise devises. Would highly recommend!

About the host

We love to travel and explore but our grass roots are Chattanooga. Courtney lived in NYC and LA for 20 years but chose Chattanooga as a resting place because its art/ music scene and family loving environment. Between the two of us we are a blend of creativity and tech nerdy-ness. We enjoy concerts, friends, running and dining out. Josh grew up in Knoxville and attended UTK. If there is one thing we are both great at, it is having a good time wherever we land as long as were together. We hope our vacation rental exudes an at home vibe minus the day to day responsibilities.
Why they chose this property
We chose this property because it is forever evolving into such a hip district. We loved that there were new restaurants, craft shops and a local micro brewery on the horizon when we first purchase it. Now it is flourishing with local artists and history of Chattanooga. For us having a home away from home in a location visitors most love to visit was important.
What makes this property unique
The unique benefits of staying at our vacation home would be the sunsets from the patio and the open kitchen for entertaining. Our rental is a short walk to Chattanooga's best restaurants and nightlife scene. We are a 15 minute walk to public transportation. there is gated free parking and the townhome is brand new. (Built 2022) The amenities are exquisite. Personally I love the big smart TV's in all the rooms and the patio come football season.
