About this property
Sunny 3 bed house in funky Totnes sleeps 5+
Discover funky Totnes, local beaches, harbour towns and Dartmoor from my sunny, three bedroom house. It has a beautiful, hillside location with views over the historic town centre of Totnes and Dartmoor. All the basic facilities are here and there's plenty of room, off street parking and a big sunny garden for you to enjoy. Families are especially welcome. The town centre is a 10 minute walk away downhill and this is a very quiet location.
The space
I have parking on my drive, a patio garden to the front and a big grassed garden at the back (currently a bit overgrown but accessible). The house has a sunny double bedroom downstairs, a smaller single bedroom with a staircase that leads to the converted loft which has a 4 foot small double bed (no ensuite). The beds will accommodate 5 people and if you let me know in advance I can also put up temporary camp beds.
Downstairs we also have a moderate sized kitchen with a small fridge freezer and a dishwasher (currently no washing machine). There is plenty of crockery, pans etc (mismatched vintage china) and a fan oven. The lounge is a sunny, airy room with a wood burner (bring your own logs) and a beautiful view of nearby hills. There is a small sofa and a small table with chairs. There are plenty of toys, games and books for children. This is an especially quiet and peaceful location with no major roads nearby.
