Don’t stay here!
Check in was rough. They sent lots of emails and messages through the app. Nothing contained access to the property. The messages had spots for the lockbox code, but it was omitted from all the messages. The emails said prior to arrival, info would be sent. Upon arriving in Orlando I messaged, emailed, called and even tried texting. We got to the property and couldn’t get in. Took over an hour to get into the property. Upon checking in, we were disgusted with the cleanliness of the property and the updates to the property. For the rate, we expected a lot more. The property needs massive cleaning and finishes before it should be rented out.-One of the toilet seats is missing a bolt,-The railing to the second floor is grimy and gross.-There is a moldy water spot on the ceiling -The back door doesn’t actually lock securely. It’ll latch, but if you just push on the slider, it’ll open right up. -The paint is sloppy with marks all over the walls. Also, be prepared to provide everything. There were no extra trash bags, paper towels, laundry pods, shampoo...You have to pay extra to heat the hot tub, to use the grill. It really is unfortunate. It's a cool spot, but this house isn't worth renting.
