Classic farmhouse on 20 acres, no cleaning fee!

Peaceful country living 10 minutes from downtown Roswell, NM. This twenty-acre farm features 100s of pecan trees, grassy pastures, native flora, a pond, and an old stucco farmhouse sitting in the middle of it all. A couple of resident longhorns keep wild growth under control with the help of several equine friends, big and small. There's a good chance you'll see native fauna, from turtles and wild turkeys to dragonflies and great blue herons (depending on the season). Bring your binoculars!

Great place to stay if you want to feel at home

The farm was amazing with gorgeous horses right in the yard. Peter was a great host and easy to reach or find tending to the very well cared for animals. We can't wait to come back!

Perfectly Secluded

My family visited Roswell for the solar eclipse. We wanted something secluded and this was perfect. Just on the outskirts of town but east drive in. Property was clean and in order and exactly what is represented which is refreshing. Owner left some glasses for viewing which was a nice personal touch.

Great place

We enjoyed the house so much we were there for radiation for my father so we stayed five days. The host was awesome. We felt right at home and it’s so peaceful there. I would definitely go back in a minute.
