About this property

"lean back and listen"

An original. The old massive Grömitzer house has been extensively refurbished over the years and today combines tradition, serenity and modernity with an upscale and cozy interior. The furnishings in a cozy country house style, bright colors, old accents and a fireplace underline the special charm of our semi-detached house. The private, beautifully landscaped garden is protected from foreign views and invites you to relax and unwind with the sun terrace.

Ground floor: bedroom with double bed, toilet with washing machine, living area with comfortable large couch and fireplace, adjoining dining area with large dining room table and 6 chairs, fully equipped kitchen with private dining area incl. Dishwasher, microwave, toaster etc.
First floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with double bed, bath / WC with large shower.
Outside: approx. 400m² protected private garden, sun terrace with garden furniture, barbecue etc.

The semi-detached house is new in our possession and is available from 22. November 2019 available. The currently displayed photos show you the IST booth. We will make some changes in order to provide you with a beautiful holiday home. Current photos follow as soon as possible. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at any time.

Gemütliche DHH

Unser langes Wochenende in der DHH haben wir sehr genossen! Schönes und gemütliches Haus mit allem bei was man braucht. 3 Schlafzimmer. Babybett ist sogar auch vorhanden. Top!!Es sind zur Promenade bzw. zum Strand nur 150m.

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt in dem Haus! Die Lage ist wirklich super, 3 min und man ist am Strand und auch direkt an der Promenade! Uns hat haben Auflagen für die Stühle draußen gefehlt, der Duschkopf müsste unbedingt erneuert werden… und die Badmöbel an den Waschbecken weisen ihre Jahre auf bzw. Aufgequollen vom Wasser ( was jetzt nicht so super schlimm ist) Runduuhatten wir ein wunderschönes Wochenende… Mit Familie auch absolut zu empfehlen und danke für die super freundliche Abwicklung! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!! Merci

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Zimmereinteilung war für uns perfekt. Für Oma (88) war das Bett etwas niedrig. Sie kam nur mit hilfe rein und raus 😅. Die Ausstattung ist klasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gern länger geblieben.

Eine sehr gemütliche Wohnung. Sehr gute Lage. Hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Möbel sind zum Teil etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert und sehr sauber. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Urlaub mit Baustelle vor der Haustür

Die Woche war eigentlich sehr schön, das Wetter passte, das Haus auch und die strandnahe Lage bedeutete für alle kurze Wege, wenn da nicht die Baustelle direkt vor der Haustür gewesen währe. Es wurde sowohl der Gehweg als auch die komplette Fahrbahn erneuert. Das bedeutete, dass ab morgens 7:00 Uhr die Straßenbauer anrückten und mit Ihren Fahrzeugen und Materiallieferungen uns alle aus den Schlaf gerissen haben. Als Krönung wurde dann an einem Morgen auch noch der Strom abgeschaltet. Eine geplante Maßnahme, die leider nicht an uns weitergetragen wurde, sonst hätten wir das Frühstück auch schon komplett zubereiten können. So mussten wir auf den Kaffee warten bis der Strom wieder eingeschaltet wurde. FeWo-direkt schreibt so viele Mails mit Zahlungserinnerungen, Zahlungsbestätigungen, Urlaubserinnerungen und und und, aber solche wichtigen Informationen werden nicht weiter getragen. Sehr enttäuschend.

Ein Ferienhaus für einen gelungenen Urlaub.

Die Unterkunft war leicht zu finden und mit den im Schlüsselsafe hinterlegten Schlüsseln konnten wir sofort ins Haus. Im Haus war alles super sauber und genau so wie im Online - Inderat beschrieben. in der Küche war alles was man braucht - und noch viel mehr - ,vorhanden. Auch die Lage war sehr gut. Sowohl der Strand/die Promenade als auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin hat es uns unkompliziert ermöglicht, einen Tag eher als geplant anzureisen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Top Lage

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft. In nur wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auch immer schnell und problemlos. Jedoch war das Inserat etwas missverständlich, da dort eine Markise zu sehen war, die man als Gast jedoch nicht nutzen durfte. Dies war etwas verwirrend. Auch die Sauberkeit hätte an machen Stellen etwas besser sein können. Und wurde aber direkt eine Nachreinigung angeboten. Alles in allem haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus und die Vermieter empfehlen wir gerne weiter.
