Elegant guest suite, with private entrance and lock-off from the Estate in historic stone English country villa. Decorated tastefully with an antique armoire, live-edge desk for telework, and stone-top accent tables. Large, cedar-lined closet in the foyer. Access to formal gardens and a creek that babbles across the property. A short drive to Middleburg or The Plains. Hike 150 acres of bucolic countryside with unique, sunset views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Bull Run Mountain. Well-appointed, en-suite marble bathroom. Sparkling clean. There is a coffee cart in the suite, and a few short steps in another stone building is THE Hunt Box, where you'll find: a fireplace, a kitchen (sink with dishwasher, air fryer, burner w/pots and pans, a prep cart), and a corner with comfy chairs for reading/snoozing.
This is a working farm - animals are on-site.
There is a minimum of 31 day stay. This is ideal for someone who seeks the serenity of a weekend country place - with none of the hassle of ownership, maintenance, etc. There is a whole-house generator - so you can breezily weather storms.

Why they chose this property
Located in the heart of Virginia horse country and situated to absorb stunning sunset views of two mountain ranges. A creek babbles across the land, and we are visited by all manner of animals: turkeys, birds of prey, bunnies, and deer to complement the chickens, horses, cows, and goats we farm.
